Employee ignored customer at counter on a Sunday evening. Texting on their phone with back to counter. When customer asked if they could leave their phone to help them, she ROLLED HER EYES and called for someone else to help as she walked away. Here. Let me teach you good customer service: "I am soooo sorry sir. I did not see you. (Insert smile here) I am only allowed to be on the drive thru at this time, but let me call someone to help you.
