It amazes me how these places are ran now. Employees don’t care about the customers, food was cold after waiting 15 minutes while this place was dead slow. Shake didn’t have the chocolate drizzle on it. Everyone wonders why these places are shutting down while chick fila is expanding. Arby’s do your self a favor and send your sorry employees and managers to chick fila for training. Let me add me and my brother waited at the front counter while employees just turned around and looked at us before they took our order. Looking at us like they was disgusted at us for coming in and spending our money.

Who ever was working the drive through window On Friday December 29th at 10pm Is EXTREMELY RUDE!! And has a disgusting attitude. I asked for no ice she proceeded to pick my drink up slam it down then went around the corner and brought it back to me with an extreme amount of bubbles in it. I didn’t even want it anymore. No condiments after I asked twice. And would not give me a receipt. There was also a clearly young girl standing against the wall who decided to comment on my order extremely loud saying “asking for no ice is crazy.” I didn’t pay for opinions, I paid for my order to be correct. Absolutely love Arby’s but your night associates make this location hard to come back to.

Are they ever open and actually "have the meats"? Last weekend I went there and ordered. They said, "we don't have the meat to do that." (You can't make this stuff up). Just went again tonight, we pulled up to the drive through an hour before they closed, and we got a message that they were closed. Love Arby's, but can they like get new a new manager at that location or something.

Baby, I love me some Arby’s and their food is always fresh and delicious. They have some bomb strawberry ? lemonade too. I always get a #1 with crinkle fries and a cheese sauce on the side with a large strawberry lemonade! My son loves the chocolate milkshakes and my daughter loves their turnovers!!!
Beef n cheddar no red sauce and a drop of cheese, chicken bite hard. IGNORED by 3 employees walking around pretending they do not see anybody. However one young lady who to my order excellent customer service went out of her way to take my order friendly great attitude the only one checking on customers both in the drive thru and the front counter.
