Every time I go they never have minihotdogs they say you have to wait 20 minutes , How come if they have 4 people working their and is not even busy, how come they never have minihotdogs

Yooo, respectfully...this place is wild. They got our whole order wrong, and then an employee called me a dumb MFer for asking them to fix it. Had to show the receipt to prove that they gave us the wrong order. I try not to leave negative reviews...but damn. This was baaaad.

Simmons malls were hosting an event and this store opted in to be apart of the event. I took my two boys to get pretzels and they wouldn't honor their coupon. Huge disappointment and didn't offer anything to compensate the code not working

As of 1/23/2024 it seems like it has either moved or closed down but the store is still on delivery apps...I got delivery from here and it was great so idk if they're remodeling or if they're going to be permanently closed

This place is terrible. The workers are rude and clearly act like they don't want to be there. I was ordering food for my family of 5 and the person taking my order had a bad attitude the whole time and was questioning why I needed so much food. Then the next worker checking me out was rolling her eyes and when I asked her if my food came with sauce she said no. So I asked her if I could order some, she asked me what I wanted and only gave me 1. Then told me, next time you need to tell us you want sauce because there is a long line. I'm fully aware of that because I waited in that long line.

My wife's credit card information was stolen after making a purchase at this location. It was the only place she used it that day and the first fraudulent charge was made at restaurant in the area. Either an employee did it or their machine was compromised. Shop there at your own risk.
