The ice cream was AMAZING but we ordered 3 waffle cones and they were all stale. Very disappointed in the cones 😞

Worst ice cream I ever had. It tasted old and freezer burnt. Never in my life have I ever thrown ice cream away, but after a couple bites I tossed it. Absolutely awful.

Ridiculous. They won't make anything that's advertised on the website. A simple coffee blast nor a lemon small scoop cup.. nothing. Just ridiculous

Drove 15 mins to bring a friend who never tasted pralines and cream ice cream only for them to have a handful of options to choose from as one of their freezers has been down. I requested a discount on the pint since they do not have the product I want in a cone and their attitudes in response were not conducive for a customer service environment. I frequent this location often but will not go to the one on Club drive as they gave great customer service when I drove to that one afterwards.

The Indian guy was very rude. I was not greeted and his attitude was obvious. I started to order and his body language showed how he felt. I told him never mind and walked out. Horrible customer service and racist.

Came at 8:30 and they said it’s drive thru only but no signs stating that and no other Dunkin/Baskin does that. Lazy employees who don’t want to stay open their full hours.

It's 8:28pm, I came with my family to enjoy some ice cream and they didn't serve us, this should be open until 9pm, very bad service, the girl on duty ignored us.

Avoid like the plague. They close the lobby 30 minutes early. Not a way to run a business. Great way to lose a customer.

THINK TWICE BEFORE you Order!!I had the most outrageous experience dealing with this particular location.I ordered a cake online - 8 days before pickup date and received a confirmation. I called the day before to confirm the order - emphasis on ‘I CALLED’Person who answered asked me to call back in 30 minutes when manager returned because she couldn’t find my order. First red flag!Next, I called 45 minutes later and was Informed that they were going through renovations and didn’t have a baker, therefore the cake was not going to be made. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to GO to the actual location to get it because they couldn’t do it online (even though I placed the order online)2nd Red Flag!I informed her that this was unacceptable and inconvenient because now I have to find out how to get another cake and I was able to do so at another location although, it’s very hard to find a location that accepts next day orders, which is what I was forced to find due to their inconsiderate behavior.What was even more appalling, the manager never got back to me.I am glad I decided to call but I should never have found out this way!This is no way to run a business. Stay away or your birthday celebration will not have a cake!

We ordered a cake on July 9th for my daughter's birthday.I went to pick up the cake on July 11, I was disappointed to see the cake.The box was dirty, and the cake looked like melted. I think you can name itBaskin Robin Ugly CakeThe person who works there he also agreed when he saw the cake and offered me to pick any cake from the display freezer.From. 6 cake available in display. I had no choice but to pick 1.Cakes were disgusting, and they ruined my daughter's birthday.We threw Baskin Robin cake in Trash

Horrible service I ordered chocolate chip ice cream and got ores, asked for money back they said no……. Please check your order before leave…

They are always out of a lot of stuff. The staff seems like they hate being there and the portions are small.

Thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to eat ice cream even better.

What they are now calling a sundae is ridiculous. Won't be returning.
