First of all, I love ice cream and Baskin Robbins is my favorite. Having grown up eating BR as a kid many years ago, I have a certain expectation of excellent service and product quality.Several months ago, I visited and ordered a single scoop of ice cream just to be offered a kid size scoop which I quickly rejected such an insult after being charged nearly $4.A couple of weeks ago, my Mother craved a Banana Royale. BR didn't have bananas. Not sure why since bananas are inexpensive...

Update your google page guys. We drove all the way over here because it says you’re open until 10 PM but you were closed when we got there at 9:05.Very frustrating for the wasted trip.

My wife and I went shopping at Sugarloaf Mills today and stopped by DD/BR for a snack. Upon entering we received immediate service. The employees were friendly and helpful. The donut selection was very good so I got my treat and a cup of hot coffee. My wife enjoyed her BR ice cream so we were both happy. The facility was clean including the restroom. Overall a very good experience. Open daily; adequate parking; outside seating available & a drive-thru for your convenience.
