Three times in the past 2 months I’ve been parked and left waiting. They do this to make the owner think that their service is very efficient. It’s NOT you get parked and left for about 15 minutes at least until you get tired of waiting and go inside. Let us just wait at the window if you’re not going to come out timely. OWNER hire secret shoppers & you find out about the slow service.

It’s 5 pm I stopped to get 2 Bo berry biscuits to give me that push to get thru traffic the biscuits had to have been hours old the spork broke just tryna cut a bit off if I threw it at a widow it would have left a crack .. oct 19 450pm drive thru the only bright spot was Raina being very easy to deal with !

I waited 30 minutes after the app said my food would be ready with no one coming out to let me know anything.No apology no nothing.By far the worst customer service!
Located next door to QT. As of 10/05/2025. Excellent customer service. Every employee especially if n the morning shift are amazing. Dine in or take out. Drive through available. Delivery services go inside to pickup. Take your phone with you. Known for their chicken and bo-rounds. A good amount of parking. Clean.

I love this location. There is another location closer to me but I drive a little further because the food is usually a hit everytime. I always ask for fresh fries if I'm getting that as a fixin'. Once I did this and the employee's reply was we always do fresh fries! OK ma'am, sounds good to me ☺️ I usually prefer bone in chicken but decided to try the supremes one day. Delicious! The last time I went, I got supremes again. The watermelon sweet tea was excellent. Not too sweet. I have no complaints about this location and I hope I am not jinxing it! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
