First time ever that I had to wait 35 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. Saturday at 2:30pm. Not very busy. Everybody was lounging around. One barista making all of the drinks. Order was: 1 cold brew coffee & 1 caramel latte. Will not be returning. Neat place and has so much potential to be great, but 35 minutes for 2 cups of coffee is terrible.

Top‑notch single‑origin beans and a calm, storytelling atmosphere.

Dirty chai! AMAZING, and the chocolate muffin was delicious.

The baked goods here are amazing, however, food on the menu that a requires some cooking and assembly is awful. I have had both the avocado toast now and the breakfast burrito and they both made me gag. The food is way over priced and not good.
I would recommend this place for the atmosphere and the coffee though.

This was my first time visiting and will definitely be my last. We came in Saturday, June 7 around 7:15. Two baristas working and not busy at all. The three of us walked in and a mom ordered two drinks before us. When she walked away we stepped up and my friend started to order. The male barista RUDELY said “I’ll be with you soon” and walked away. So incredibly rude. I wanted to walk out then but didn’t. We stood and just waited while he made a coffee and the other female barista just stood at the coffee bar talking to a friend. Several minutes later, she decided to step over and take our order. So kind of her to stop talking and help paying customers.

We placed our order and went to sit down. It took 15 minutes to get two hot chai lattes. We were still missing a third drink and when and asked about it, they forgot to make it because they were both too busy just standing and talking and talking to the friend siting at the bar. We waited even more on the third drink before I just asked for a refund of the drink because we had to leave.

So sad because this place has so much potential. Not sure why they should market themselves as a “Christian” shop since they are so dang rude. Their owner needs to sit them down and do a bible study on kindness. Also focus on the fact that when you have paying customers you should probably work and not worry about friends hanging out.

I highly do not recommend this shop. Rude and careless.

Today I pulled into Boulder Creek Coffee with a complete flat tire and three employees sweetly attempted to help. The food and drinks are great, but what will keep me coming back are the amazing and kind people that work there. Thank you all 🥰

I’ve always been a loyal customer at Boulder Creek Coffee, enjoying the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. However, my recent experience was very disappointing, especially due to the behaviour of one particular barista, the blonde one.

We waited patiently for our drinks, which was fine, but when I inquired about the status of my sandwich (a simple one, mind you), the barista responded rudely. After waiting over 30 minutes, I simply asked where it was, and she snapped, saying that if I couldn’t wait, I should leave. She then made a dismissive comment about how long it takes to make a sandwich with eggs, which I felt was unnecessary and unprofessional. I had an important meeting I was already running late for, and her attitude made me miss it.

She later accused me of “screaming” at her, which was not the case. I raised my voice because I felt disrespected, and my friend confirmed I wasn’t yelling but simply standing up for myself after being treated poorly.

While the owner was kind enough to offer a refund, he defended the barista without understanding the full context of how she treated me. I’m a regular customer and genuinely enjoy this place—it’s even been a comforting escape after the passing of my husband. But this encounter has left a bad taste, and I’m saddened by how a single rude interaction can overshadow my past positive experiences.

The rest of the staff has always been wonderful, but unfortunately, this particular barista’s behaviour was not reflective of the usual quality of service I’ve come to love at Boulder Creek Coffee. The cafe wasn’t even that crowded. We were the 2nd to order. And it shouldn’t take an hour to make a simple sandwich. And everything is overpriced anyway.

Great coffee and atmosphere. It’s been a while since I’ve had a really good, quality coffee that didn’t have to be masked by a ton of sweeteners from the big coffee chains. This place is the real deal!

What a wonderful place to enjoy some delicious coffee while snacking on a fresh bakery treat! It doesn't matter if you sit inside or outside, the environment helps you to slow down, enjoy the moment, and take it all in. We ordered some muffins, a bagel with cream cheese, avocado toast, and it all tasted so good. The. The variety of drinks please everyone who enjoyed each sip! The staff were super friendly and allow their faith to shine a light on the community. We will definitely return when we can!!!

Still one of my favorite coffee shops to visit!
I LOVE their atmosphere. I love that I get my privacy even if there are people around. I love what they stand for. They have a great location, parking right by the store for the store and then they’re also location right beside the city parking building (shaded).

Parking: Easy parking whether it’s outdoors or in a building/shaded/indoors. Not a lot of walking till you get to the coffee shop
