Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The staff at this location are always great! They have great attitude, always willing to help and they make my ice-cream perfect. My daughter loves this location as it is very close to our house. The ice cream price is reasonable and inside the facility always looks clean. They are fast and efficient . The only reason that I gave it 4 and not 5, is because someone needs to re do the benches and tables. The benches look like there is years of dirt and buildup and spray painted red..... The tables in the front look the same but with the seats wobbly and barley on......The tables need to be sanded down and a new coat of paint (not over the existing paint because of the dirt and lumps already in it) Other than that its great

I like their non dairy option of ice cream. The scoops are big so it is definitely fair price. I would try it again.

The ice cream is great! But my gf calls this the Broken Glass Brusters because there's broken glass in the handicap spot and it's been there for weeks now.

I used to go to this Bruster whenever I am on Sugarloaf Pkwy until this particular day.

I was trying to place an order by the speaker, but I didn't hear the employee, so I drove forward to the windows after waiting by the screen for about 5 minutes.

The employee came to the window and asked if I heard her, my answer was no.

She asked me to go back and go and place my order at the screen because she was not going to take the order by the window. This left me shocked and confused. I even told her if I leave, I won't be coming back, and she said that was okay by her. I truly wish them good luck with such an employee.

I always go to Brusters on Sugarloaf. All the employees are very friendly. 😄

Started coming here consistently due to how amazing their customer service is ! Polite and professional from the start with huge smiles at the end.

Ordered through the drive thru saw the middle eastern dude literally use his dirty bare hands to grab and break the brownie for the sundae. I left. Never coming here again.

How is it I go to this particular Brusters and after I order in the drive thru line one of the associates has her head stuck out the window talking to someone who has brought her food through the drive thru window and her and the guy with dreads who brought her food are having a conversation as if paying customers are not in line. She continued to talk and giggle as if no one else was in line. What kind of customer service was this? Oh yeah she entertained the guy and I never got my ice cream so I ended up leaving. This happened between 7:32pm-7:40pm .SMH!!!!!
