No customer service no attention to the customer. Restaurant was dark looked closed from the outside. Prices way too high for wings. After about 25 - 30 minutes to order someone came over I said to them how long I waited and was leaving and do not plan to come back due to the extreme lack of customer service and the rudeness of being intentionally ignored and got the cold disrespectful I don't care shoulder shrug disrespectful attitude. So I never ordered any food and do not plan to go back anytime soon.

I had never been taken care of as badly as they did in this place, what I expected to be a pleasant experience turned into a bad time that even made me feel discriminated against, the cashier never even spoke to me or looked at me, she took out other orders before mine, she was a very bad person, seriously I never felt as bad as I felt in this place.

The service is terrible, the person at the counter didn't even speak to me at all, it would be better if they had self-service so I don't have to endure the humiliating treatment of that girl. Truly a very bad experience, I would not return even though their food is fantastic. This is the worst service I have received since I have been in Georgia.

That just seemed miserable and one person took order didn't doright with coupon they left out a fry with or order and I asked for a receipt and couldn't find it in the computer I would like to say I want my Fry's when I come back next time please and please do better please

I had ordered the BOGO deal this afternoon, all the wings that I ordered came burnt , attached is a picture. Very disappointing and unexpected experience.

The wings were TERRIBLE! The bbq wings were undercooked with sauce just thrown on some of the wings and the lemon pepper dry wings were way overcooked and didn't have seasoning on all of the wings. Worst wings ever!

I came in to pick-up and the cashier cancelled my order after I already paid and said it was too late to order after I had already ordered and paid online. Did not receive refund. This was before the closing hours posted.

Very poor service from the employee, they did not have bathroom service, he says. The bathroom closes early and they do not have a key. A chicken wing was full of feathers, the food is disgusting. AUGUST 3, 2024

Food was delayed by 30 minutes, on top of the already 1 hour delivery. Half of the order wasn't even there, so I called the staff and they refused to help, then hung up. The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. They did absolutely nothing to try and get my money back.
