Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Much of the foods I got were salty. Definitely left a bad impression for us first timer. Cut back the salt and this could be a 4 stars fast food restaurant .

No doubt this location has 1 star reviews 😏 I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a to-go order for 6 bone-in wings and wedges. The cashier was polite at first but gave me an incomplete receipt (the paper ran out), so I couldn’t see my claim number or scan for points on my app. When I asked for the receipt again, the employees spent several minutes looking for it but said it was not in the system.

When I checked my wedges, they were burnt/overcooked. I politely asked for fresh ones, which they did replace. However, when I again asked about my receipt so I could get my points, the first employee became very rude, raised his voice, and told me they “cannot provide a receipt without my name.” The second employee brushed me off saying, “we have a lot of work to do.”

As a paying customer, I don’t think asking for a receipt and fresh food is unreasonable. This was very unprofessional customer service, and I left frustrated without my points or proper receipt.

Lemon pepper wings were slightly peppered… there was a small area on each wing with dry rub.

All the wings tasted like it had no flavor/seasoning. This wasn’t the first time either.

This location needs some TLC on Management .

Stopped in last night for some wings. Should have known it was a bad idea when I walked in and someone was at the registering complaining that there order was wrong, but hey it happens right. Well tonight was the night that it just happen, it was the night that that is all that happens. While I was there waiting almost an hour for 16 wings i witnessed no less then 7 people come back in or look at their orders and it was wrong. Then it finally came time that my order was ready and guess what? It was wrong too. After seeing how other people where treated and I just sucked it up and took my wings home. I ate 4 and just tossed the rest.

Maybe other locations are ok, but this location needs to be avoided at all cost. Maybe if people stop going they will figure out that something is wrong bc no one there cared to listen that they where doing a bad job and sure as heck didnt do anything about it to make the customer experience better.

Placed order through their app on wednesday.. Order went thru , we got charged. When we reached there they said they didnt received it and they cant refund us right now only their manager nicole can!!
Been tryibg to reach nicole for past 2 days. Finaly when we were able to connect she says EVEN SHE CANT REFUND AND WILL ASK HER BOSS AND GIVE US A CALL BACK. NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD , OUR MONEY OR A CALL BACK FROM THEM. and its been 2 days!!!!!!

We picked up wings for game night, but they were so dry that they were hard to eat. If you want good quality wings, do not eat here. I am very disappointed.

Picked up my DoorDash order. Got a chicken wrap and immediately after I bit in to it I thought the chicken tasted off. It was DRY, and discolored. Disgusting! I will never eat here again. Beware.

Doordashed but they forgot half of the order and all of the sides.

Edit: The feedback form just told me to reach out to doordash- did not address at all the fact that the restaurant itself didn't make sure the order was fulfilled properly. So nothing has been resolved. Avoid this location when ordering delivery.

I was in the mood for a burger today and let me just say my craving was SAT-TIS-FIED!!! This little stand alone Bdubs is a gem! We decided to dine in and I’m glad we did! When we walked in, it was clean and quiet. We were politely greeted by the cashier, Erin. Since this a smaller version of the normal size establishment, the selections of burger options was small but in my case MIGHTY!

I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger meal. That burger was made with LOVE 🥰 Fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The burger was FRESH, HOT, gooey from the melted cheese, saucy from the BBQ sauce… As I was eating the burger, I was thinking to myself “who the hell they got in the kitchen 😋” and to my very surprise it was the same pleasant person who took my order 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 In my Gordon Ramsey voice, “Damn” Chef’s Kiss 🤌🏾!! I couldn’t even finish it all (can we say To- Go box, can’t wait to eat the rest later lol). I had to channel my inner Guy Fieri and get my hunch on as I dove in 😂

Bdubs corporate, I hope you know who you have on your payroll because she’s a keeper!!! We will be back!! Thank you so much Erin for a great meal and customer service 😘

I placed an order over the phone and attempted to confirm it, but the associate abruptly hung up on me. When I asked why, she admitted to hanging up and nonchalantly shrugged, showing no concern. Upon arriving at the restaurant, my order was not ready, and I had to place it again. When I asked the manager why my order hadn't been processed, she responded with the same rude attitude as the associate. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business to the Peachtree Corners location, which is more efficient and much more welcoming. It's clear why this restaurant was nearly empty during the busy lunch hour. I recommend choosing a location that values its customers and provides better service.
