Ordered 10 wings and they gave me 9. If i'm paying 15 dollars for wings without the combo I want all of the wings i paid for. Food is good but the workers and service are abysmal. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

I visited this restaurant for the first time 2/26/24. This was when they were giving the free 6pc wings for superbowl going into overtime. I was very impressed with the way the two employees handled the long line of customers. The gentleman taking the orders moved quickly and so did the young lady who was in the back bringing the wings up front. Kudos to these two. They were outstanding and handled the crowd with grace, respect and they were very efficient. I’ll now come visit this location in the future!

DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION ! Messed up my order twice! The red hair manager was cussing me out because i told her she had 2 missing items which i paid for. Did not get that items even after telling them. No respect for customer. Please fire the red hair old woman!

Thank You Nicole for fixing my order! I ordered a 10 piece and they gave me 9 wings & Nicole was very nice.
Understandable that mistakes are made. Made a fifteen minute drive home to discover that a side item was not in our bag. No big deal, but I called to see if we could get credited the seven dollars as the drive back is simply too far to be worthwhile. They answer my call immediately with “Oh, your cheese curds are still here”…With the “manager”, Christy, on the phone, I simply made the suggestion that they preemptively call customers upon realizing a food item was not put in the bag. Save us a trip. Yet, she immediately began to speak over me and promptly hung up on me. Called back with the same scenario. The clear message is that the manager has absolutely ZERO intent on assuring patron satisfaction.We appreciate corporate taking our complaint regarding this person, but we will not order from this location again.

It says the close at 11…. I’m here to buy a sauce at 10:40. I was told they were closed by a worker walking inside the building. Can I get an updated time on google and door decal? Sign or something?!?!? But as Im about to pull off, i see the fryer going… she was dropping herself some food in….
