Horrible experience probably worst restaurant experience I ever had and ever will. We had been waiting for over an hour and the food still didn’t come. The place was dirty and crowded.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered the Lil Chicken Del Rio for my one year old, and received raw chicken. This is completely unacceptable, and the worst part is that the chicken was precut… SO SOMEONE CUT THE RAW CHICKEN AND THOUGHT THIS WAS OKAY FOR A CHILD’S DISH. I usually don’t go out of my way to give bad reviews, but this is just the worst quality control I have ever seen. It must have passed through multiple hands and no one decided to care that the chicken was visibly raw!!!

Love this place for wings. Wings usually always hot and fresh. Tori was our server and highly attentive. Very pleasant personality as well. As she had multiple tables, but still seemed to be focused on everyone.

Just left that place, Krish the bartender is amazing, she does everything in the place, the other 2 girls that were working were talking and using their phones while Krishnis attending us and cleaning the place. Those 2 girls are ridiculous.

Went to eat with my family. Choose daily special Pastrami… terrible decision! As soon as it came to my table: I immediately informed them that this won’t work. That sandwich looked nothing like the photo. First, it was super sloppy and thrown together. The meat was brown and dry looking. I swapped sweet potato fries for the curly ones and they were drenched in cinnamon and sugar. I told them I wanted something else and then decided never mind because I wanted to have good food to eat. I told them just cancel my meal and I’ll pay for the fries that I ate. Anyways the chicken wrap wants tasty at all. Long story short they refused to let me pay for our meals and claimed I didn’t want to pay for the gross food that was served to us. Although I had my card in hand and asked for the bill. End of story they banned us! The manager sent the waitress to advise us to just leave. I told them that their food was subpar. The new cook (waitress told us he was new) needs to learn how to cook.
Please save your time money and energy Ava don’t go to this place to eat.

The waiters were frustrated when the food they served was basically inedible and cooked on a dirty stove. The ratio of flavors was all off as my rice bowl was entirely too spicy and had random crunches. When I notified my waiters of my unsatisfactory meal, they would then thankfully give me a new one which was just as bad only this time with an obvious attitude. DO NOT EAT HERE! They are so sensitive that if their food is terrible, they will lie and say there’s nothing wrong with it… service was terrible by the end of the night and it felt as if they didn’t welcome their own patrons :(
