Don’t waste your time. Staff is rude. They insinuate you are trying to “steal” food. And don’t get me started on Harley the manager.

It would be nice if the servers wrote down the order instead of trying to memorize it while distracted, only to mess it up. Don't be sorry, be careful. Memorizing an order isn’t commendable. Decent place though. The servers are chatty, so the wait for things are longer than it needs to be.

Please take the time to check next time that everything is in the bag. When a person goes home, the last thing they want to do is come back to your establishment for a ranch sauce ( that was requested with the order). Check the order. Thanks

Not fantastic - our server was pleasant and helpful. But the person who sat us seemed like he’d rather be anywhere but at work. Don’t speak to us at all when we walked in - in fact he seemed annoyed that we walked in at all. The first words he said to us were “follow me” after getting menus. The wings were overcooked and hard.

I ordered my food through uber as I do it was supposed to be dry wings and my sauce on the side med and I called and told the guy about it and he wanted to convince me it was med sauce and it wasn’t it was some kind of barbecue sauce they were dringed in sauce and it was not fit to eat and told me there was nothing he could do I’m not a happy customer

Buffalo’s Cafe has always been one of my favorite spots, so I was really disappointed with my recent to-go order. I was in the area and decided to grab some wings on my way home (which is 47 minutes away), so I couldn’t just turn around when I realized the order was completely wrong.

We ordered the two 6-count wings but were only given 4 in one box and 3 in another. On top of that, the flavors were way off — nothing close to what we actually ordered. It’s frustrating, especially because I was really looking forward to it and had bragged about how good this place is.

I understand mistakes happen, but accuracy is important, especially for to-go orders where fixing it isn’t an easy option. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality control for future customers.
