I get tons of Uber Eats orders for this location that they are unable to fulfill (other locations do just fine with their orders). Also, the phone number connected to Google is disconnected so you can’t even call the store before wasting gas and time driving over there.

No staff at the counter to take orders. The bathrooms didn't have any hand soap - not sure how the staff would be properly washing their hands. Avoid!

Just drove through on lunch break. Got home and order was not close to correct. Young lady at first window nice, second window handed me coke not looking then bag of food not looking at me. Head completely turned talking to coworkers. One other car in drive through I assume got my order. I’m at work so can’t go back and phone number on line is disconnected. Better get my money back when I am able to bring this food back. It looks disgusting. Use to be only fast food I would eat. Not anymore! And nothing like getting Diet Coke when you want and ordered regular Coke.

It was dead and nobody was in line in the drive-through. I was asked to wait when I pulled up. Waited five minutes, then I was to proceed to order, I started to say my orderThen I was stopped again and asked to wait. So I just left because I was on a lunch break. They need to hire efficient and proactive staff! They are slow even when no customers are present!

Now I usually love Burger King but the food I just got was so deplorable I just threw it all away and left. Wasn’t even worth complaining to them. Fries were old and cold, my son’s chicken nuggets( kid you not ) tasted like armpits, my whopper had almost a full core of lettuce on it and the bun was crushed when I opened the sandwich, not even to mention the fact that the drink machine in the lobby had nothing available but coke and Dr Pepper because everything hadn’t been refilled.

I haven’t given up on Burger King but I have definitely given up on this location which sucks because it’s the closest to my house.

Unfortunate but have to give the Burger King on Cruse Rd and Sugarloaf a zero! Under new ownership and or management I believe so the hope was service and food quality would improve. It has not!!! Went last week for fish sandwiches and asked for the starter on the side and it was a no, "we don't have a container for condiments on the side", until I asked for a small amount to simply be placed in small cup. I gave the solution and even offered to pay extra for the starter on the side. Ok no worries! Tried again today, same order....to my disbelief the fish was a completely diffrent type of fish patty...this seemed like a square small patty that you would get at McDonald's AND it was burnt!!!! All three sandwiches!!! I am not going to mention some of the previous bad customer service stories as it may have been from past ownership/management but I am just disappointed and will not continue to spend money at a restaurant that continuously shows that they just don't care!
