Playroom ALWAYS has a overwhelmingly powerful stench (like rubber and sewage), playground and floor is ALWAYS filthy, with insufficient lighting and (although nostalgic )is out of date. While the ambiance looks updated, The dining room and restrooms always looks and feel humid and sticky and the floors and surfaces never look sanitized or cleaned.

Rancid fryer oil. Got some fries here and they were absolutely inedible, smelled awful. Seemed like they haven't changed their fryer oil in months to save money. Nasty, dangerous, unsafe to eat.
They need to put this place out of its misery.

If I could give zero stars for the food, I would. The meat on my Bacon King was just warmed; not cooked and the cheese was cheese spread, not cheese slices. Despite the food, service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. However, I will never visit this location again.

They didn't put syrup in my bag with the french toast sticks. How can you go w/o those? They put ketchup w/o me asking. Also, I wanted to fill out their online survey, but I couldn't do it b/c I can't see the store # at the top of the receipt b/c the sticker was placed right over it on the bag. Even when you rip the sticker off, it rips off that part of the receipt. I tried calling the store, but the # on the receipt/google does not work.

Absolute joke of a location, the manager is miserable and the other employees gave my order to the wrong customer and I had to wait 40 minutes just to get my order after they served 4 different customers. Better believe I will not touch this location again.

Forgot to post this days ago The cashier who made my son feel so good by fixing a crown to fit his head was amazing she even asked my five year old was it ok to touch him so she could measure his head you are amazing Miss Sherry I thank you made my son feel like a king for the rest of the day.. we will be back... Night crew really need to get their attitude checked this lady taking orders has a nasty attitude she acts like I’m here begging her for something when all I’m doing is helping her make her check I’m a customer and she should be more nice and she doesn’t like her job she should quit

Came here the other day and the manager on duty Sherie was so nice and helpful. Tried the Whopper sandwich and learned that it comes with salt n pepper defiantly coming back!

I get tons of Uber Eats orders for this location that they are unable to fulfill (other locations do just fine with their orders). Also, the phone number connected to Google is disconnected so you can’t even call the store before wasting gas and time driving over there.
