Service was terrible, this is a fast food restaurant that is everything but fast.. 45 minutes to get my meal, they gave my order to someone else and then they tried to give that food that other person touched to me… change personal asap, this location is going down… also they gave the wrong other to one of my friends, he ordered one meal and they gave him like 3 different stuff

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my order, and then I heard they gave my order to someone in the drive-thru. Before that, they gave my cousin the wrong order. Inside the restaurant there were only two tables occupied, so it wasn’t even busy. As I’m writing this, I still haven’t received my order.

One of the worst Burger King’s there is. I don’t know who does the hiring but they need to improve the interview process. But the kids they hire are lackadaisical they move with no urgency. And the place is always understaffed.

Someone really needs to focus on the management in there. They literally tell every person that drives in for takeout to park and you’ll wait an average of 15-20 min and on top of it food wasn’t even made fresh like come on. They need to be more proactive.

This location deserves more positive feedback, I got done seeing a show at the gas south theater and ended up coming here on a whim, assuming staff might be a lil grumpy because it was almost midnight, they were quick, polite and seemingly in a good mood and idk who the manager is but your employees made me some of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a hot minute and maybe it was because I was pretty hungry and only had breakfast but everything was cooked perfect and handled everything with a lot of intention. I know a lot of people think this job may not be hard but THANK YOU! You guys are awesome. My fries coulda used a bit more salty lol I promise I’m not high just in a good mood and no longer hungry.

Felt like I was one bothering them. Definitely not coming back. Train the employees right. When things go wrong, apology first! Not the excuses. Waiting that long just because the fries? BS

Today I would like to give Wanda, Vincent and all the associates 5 Stars for their exceptional Customer Service. Vincent went above and beyond to assist me. I was treated very friendly and professionally. The food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this location.

Refuse to come back here. Trudy was extremely rude rushing me to make a payment. I asked her about any specials and she quickly told me the line was getting long making me feel a way. Its 8:53am when this incident happened but if you want a good morning stay away ! Completely ruined my morning and will not be back, ever. The worst customer sevice I've received in a long time! Absolutely disgusted by her attitude and the way she spoke to me . Adding in that fact you had a line is why you were being rude when I asked . Will be calling corporate this afternoon .
