horrible . words cant describe how infuriated i am . paid 20$ for good , got 9.38 cents worth . what a damn scam . tried to call in , number is out of service . the food was just slightly delictable , but remembering that i dont even have more than half of my food wasnt there made it taste like deer ankles , and sour onions . talked to delivery guy , he said they said they put everything in one bag . not only did they lie , they robbed me of $10.62

The person at the drive thru window put me and another car on hold and then never responded again. I drove around and took this picture. they’re in there but they stop taking orders when they feel like it, not when they’re scheduled to close. They locked the doors, as well. there were cars of people trying to get into the restaurant and the doors were locked. They’re not scheduled to close for another hour.

Upon approaching a really loud lady (the manager) just thought it was professional to scream at customers. I watched her scream at an older woman because the older woman was speaking loud to the young guy taking the order. I’m not sure how this manager thinks this is professional but she needs a lesson on how to communicate and serve customers. This is a customer service industry and she may have forgotten.

Be careful when you order. The price could be ridiculous. Never ask for large fries or large drinks with your combo. They will charge you arm and leg for a little extra. Also, servers are very rude. I don’t think I’ll ever back again.

If I could rate 0 I most definitely would. Service was rude right off the bat. Couldn’t break my $100 witch is understandable however THEY WERE NOT NICE ABOUT IT. The lady took down my order incorrectly and when I asked for a simple fix t was presented with more attitude. It was supposed to be a double plain whopper with cheese but I got the single whopper and no cheese. When I asked for cheese they gave me cheese in parchment paper literally was falling apart in the paper bag. Don’t go here.
