Rude customer service... Yawning in front of customers and their food. Refusing a refill ( this location is in the mall). All of the other food spots allow atleast 1 free refill) .

Be careful when you order. The price could be ridiculous. Never ask for large fries or large drinks with your combo. They will charge you arm and leg for a little extra. Also, servers are very rude. I don’t think I’ll ever back again.

If I could rate 0 I most definitely would. Service was rude right off the bat. Couldn’t break my $100 witch is understandable however THEY WERE NOT NICE ABOUT IT. The lady took down my order incorrectly and when I asked for a simple fix t was presented with more attitude. It was supposed to be a double plain whopper with cheese but I got the single whopper and no cheese. When I asked for cheese they gave me cheese in parchment paper literally was falling apart in the paper bag. Don’t go here.

When I Got There The Service Was Very Bad i Was Not Greeted And The Manager Stephanie Had a Very Rude Attitude And The Food Was Uncooked And Had Hair In It And I Had Something In My Drink Also When I Told The Manager She Smacked Her Teeth At Me I would not Recomend No One To Go To This Location ... Only came here because my daughter wanted to. Person taking my order was awful and rude. He yelled at a man because he couldn’t speak English well. Handed me a half drank milk for my daughters kids meal. When I gave it back, he didn’t apologize or care. My daughter is 7 and gives better service at our family restaurant. She and I both agreed to never go back.

Worst customer service. We were waiting to place order and the lady was just standing there. No hi no how are you no greeting of any kind. When I asked her questions about impossible whopper she said that I don’t know. Then when we order the combo she tried to upgrade the sides and drinks without even asking. We told her please just give us what comes in the combo. She smacked her lips and left. No thank you nothing . Worst experience and we wonder why burger kings are not surviving.

I ordered two burgers, one impossible whopper and one regular one both with specific instructions. None of the specifics were done. NONE. I ordered these as a meal, both with large sides of the mixed side that comes with onion rings and fries. Didn't get any onion rings. My first contact, about the burgers with you did nothing. My second did nothing. Then I realized we also didn't get onion rings so I contacted support yet again. They offered a $10 bonus, which I was led to believe just covered the onion rings. Then I contacted support again about the burgers and they responded with the fact they already offered me a $10 for the onion rings. I contacted them for the fifth time about the burgers and never heard back. Then they have the audacity to ask me how I felt about their customer service resolution??? Of course I'm still angry and I probably won't EVER go back thanks to their lack of support and the lack of responsibility to the consumer. And don't worry, I plan on letting EVERYONE I know about this, even ALL online forums.
