Worst customer service. We were waiting to place order and the lady was just standing there. No hi no how are you no greeting of any kind. When I asked her questions about impossible whopper she said that I don’t know. Then when we order the combo she tried to upgrade the sides and drinks without even asking. We told her please just give us what comes in the combo. She smacked her lips and left. No thank you nothing . Worst experience and we wonder why burger kings are not surviving.

I ordered two burgers, one impossible whopper and one regular one both with specific instructions. None of the specifics were done. NONE. I ordered these as a meal, both with large sides of the mixed side that comes with onion rings and fries. Didn't get any onion rings. My first contact, about the burgers with you did nothing. My second did nothing. Then I realized we also didn't get onion rings so I contacted support yet again. They offered a $10 bonus, which I was led to believe just covered the onion rings. Then I contacted support again about the burgers and they responded with the fact they already offered me a $10 for the onion rings. I contacted them for the fifth time about the burgers and never heard back. Then they have the audacity to ask me how I felt about their customer service resolution??? Of course I'm still angry and I probably won't EVER go back thanks to their lack of support and the lack of responsibility to the consumer. And don't worry, I plan on letting EVERYONE I know about this, even ALL online forums.

I had went to this Burger King and it did NOT rule. I was shirt’s greeted with the general manager and at first I thought I was going to have a welcoming experience but once I was greeted with low energy and a smack of her teeth I knew it would not be. I chose to ignore that and proceeded to a simple order of a small drink and a HIC mix with sprite. There was no sprite just HIC I ignored the error AGAIN. Then I received my fry’s sorry I meant scrapping a of fry’s left. Then I proceeded to have to pay an additional 44 cents for TWO SAUCES and when I came to ask for a refill I was told I had to pay for another small drink! I’ve never had this problem at this location! Even after I informed the GENERAL MANAGER about the error in my drink she proceeded to gaslight me and tell me she made it correctly…how are you gonna gaslight my tastebuds? Overall this experience was very poor and corporate should reconsider who they find trustworthy of who’s in charge because the behavior I revived should have been from a teenager not a 50 year old women!

June 3rd 2023Two females at the front were on their phones while we were waiting to order. They saw us and kept talking to each other and continue to be on their phones. Where’s management? Jesus I swear these restaurants are ran by kids. Good thing i was in the mood for pizza so i went to sbarro’s next to them.

After eating here and now seeing the reviews, I totally understand why. My food was cold with wilted lettuce which magnified how long it took to receive my order! I would highly encourage anyone visiting this mall to not even think about this Burger King location!
Refused to take my order on a Wednesday. Claim to be under staffed and the line isn’t long. I wonder why not just close if you’re not taking orders. I can understand if it was weekend with crowds. We just wanted a large fry

Alright so when you order nuggests and fries what do you want? What do you need? SAUCE! These guys had no ketchup or sauce for nuggets and the drive thru lady was a j*** today when I asked. Then they forgot cheese on the burger. Clean this place up bonkers.

I was starving, asked for it be made fresh, manager told associate don’t worry about telling me that we have customers…Foods not fresh, ask for refund, hands me a bunch of change back and shorted me my refundI asked for my correct change back, the pregnant manager said she don’t have time for this, they yelled at ne, called me names, said I was crying over a few dollars and called mall security and then called the cops because I wanted my exact refund back….It’s been two months since corporate or anyone hit me back up. Little do they know, I got time I’m gonna get all my money back and then some?

Just awful. 15 minute line. No ice in the drinks. Out of ketchup. Paid extra to substitute apple sauce in the kids meal and got fries instead. Register, counters, floor, all dirty and in need of a good wipe down.Service was terrible. Expect to basically yell for any sort of attention.No F's given with the food. My Whopper had all the pickles in a pile in the center. Chicken nuggets weren't shaken in the baskets and had underdone spots from where they were stuck together.
