Mikhya and jasmine gave excellent customer service. We frequently visit this restaurant for whopper Wednesday. The restaurant was clean and we were greeted with all smiles.

Did an online order for chicken fries combo and mozzarella sticks. My fries had pieces of burnt stuff on them tasted terrible. My chicken fries were all hard and was given no sauce even where paid for extra. My mozzarella sticks were all broken and hard. Worst experience ever. The food was horrible and tasted burned.

This store #828, has gone through a great renovation and new administration. Erica shift manager has the store sparkling clean. From the front counter, kitchen, dinning area, bathrooms, etc. It all shines. Great job. This store needed to be closed before it was extremely dirty and depressing. Big THANKS to new administration.

Ordered the whopper jr duo & paid extras for extra patties & onions on both burgers. Did not get extra the patties and onions that I paid for. The burgers were grossly cold, the drive thru guy did not put any ice with my sprite. Will not come here again. Horrible business. 10/24/24 - 10:30pm

Now I see why this Burger King is always empty. Stopped by this morning and ordered 4 items. Was told to pull up and wait. Waited 10+ minutes before I just ended up leaving and going to McDonald's. Will not be returning.
