Hit or miss but this location seems to always send out old stale fries thst look refried and no salt. It's like they must only hire 25 and under because it doesn't appear it's people who remember how good burger king used to be work there. Definitely don't use Uber Eats as you can send them photos of poor quality food and they'll reply.. "it looks correct " it's really time to stop giving these businesses our money, because they are laughing in our faces and taking our money for trash. Definitely not king worthy in the title.. Burger trash ?

Charles and staff are all so TOP NOTCH FRIENDLY! At least they’ll talk to you and greet and engage you at the counter and they often feel apologetic if they can’t get to you fast enough. HUGE difference compared to other fast food options in this area. While there’s a big choice of where to eat lunch here every day, I’d rather go here where I KNOW they’ll get my order right, they’ll greet me with a smile and first name and the don’t skimp on the great attitudes! They got ALL the good employees in this neighborhood. Too bad for the others. If you need SPEED the drive thru is very efficient and the parking lot is easy to get into and out of. VERY CONVENIENT compared to others in this area. ALWAYS clean on the inside and out and I’ve caught Charles “slacking off” outside sweeping up and picking up trash himself.

Just got off work after a 10 hour shift. Stopped to get something to eat for me and my son. I looked in the bag saw the food was there but didn't look thoroughly. When I got home and realized what was in the bag I was upset. The fries were hard, and dry and so was the impossible whopper. My sons was the same. It was like the food was burnt and sitting out all day. My fault for not checking but the manager there should've made sure the food was fresh for a paying customer.

The hashbrown was dark and hard, and the lady manager, Freddie has no attitude of serving customer working at a restaurant. It is just sad.

Ham and cheese crisaunt..... they legit put cold pieces together. And did not heat it up. Why do i want a cold crisaunt? It is supposed to be hot as in cheese melted not no cold piece of cheese. Do better burger king. Guess i gotta heat it up at work instead of eating it on the way. Takes 10-15secs to pop it in the microwave. I would have happily waited in the drive thru for a properly heated crisaunts
This place is on its last leg and so are the crew. Food is rushed and not finished cooking and they are serving sauces that expired! And only reason I pulled in is the sign out front saying try out our candy bacon whopper, which I was told they don’t serve anymore.
