We do like eating here for lunch but the issue is, the drink machines haven’t been stocked in a long time. You can’t get the Sprite Zero or Diet Coke flavors at all. There are very little choices of any drink. It has been months we’ve been in on Sundays and found this problem. It can be pricey which is understandable in this economy but they should have the drink machines filled.
Nice burger spot. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are priced fairly. But now i paid almost $7 for 6 onions smh nope nope won't do that again. My daughter loved her Burger meal, and she asked for seconds. She is a picky eater and won't eat anybodies burger.
Customer Service could be better. The cashier was very soft-spoken and quiet. No greeting upon arriving.
Food was served fresh and hot. The wait is worth it. Oreo cookie Custard Shake was yummy. Perfect thickness.

I have not been to this establishment for a while, but I was not impressed with the service for take out. They had given us french fries instead of onion rings and we had to ask them to fix this. In addition, we did not get out burger fi sauces we had ordered in the bag, and the manager fixed this as well. When we got home, we unfortunately found out that we did not get the cheese we ordered in our burgers.
Burgerfi was a huge let down because of 3 errors found on all the meals we ordered. The manager responded quickly and adjusted, but I feel with take out, a customer should trust that when leaving, everything was made correctly and burgerfi failed this test on three occasions. Probably won't stop by here in the future unless a friend wants to try it, but the food was subpar due to these mistakes.

Their veggie burger hit differently! Probably one of the best veggie burgers in Gwinnett. I have heard great things about their beef burgers but cant comment on it as of yet. Overall I was left overwhelmed with my experience. The ingredients were fresh and the burger was juicy . The size could have been bigger but overall it was 5/5

The new kiosks implemented make it very easy to decide what I want to order. Very nice place to sit down and eat at . Lighting is great and an outdoor area to eat is well maintained.
