Honestly, the food is absolutely delicious which is why I came back twice. But within a three day span and two different orders, food has been missing. Now it’s too expensive here to not put every piece of my $60 order in my bag it’s even more inconvenient that the only way this can be made right is by me getting in my car to drive to go get it, especially if it’s an order, I DoorDash. I would recommend them because the food is delicious, but to their management you need to do a better job of making sure your workers put the food that your customers order in the bag.*** update is that they fixed the issue and I’m grateful

This place is usually great. Not this time. Burger bun was dry & tasted old, which affected the overall taste. No napkins were in my bag. Eating burgers is messy. Anticipating a guests needs is essential. Lastly, the meat was quite chewy. Overall not a good experience.

Hands down the best burger I’ve had in a while. I got the burgerfi with bbq sauce and Swiss cheese and it tasted great. Wagyu beef is a must have. The fries were good with the garlic aioli sauce as well as the milkshake. It is a bit on the pricier side at $23

I loved the burger but they sell everything separately, the fries for example, the bacon for example. They call burgers and drinks a combo. You must pay extra for everything else you want to add to your burger.

BurgerFi, BurgerFi, Bur…..gerFi…… I must say I was very impressed with the food here. I got the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and the Urban Style fries and it slapped!!!! Hot and fresh. Oh and the stamp on the burger was well played lol.Vegetarian options: They got it.Parking: They share the parking lot with a bar. So if you want to dine in…. I don’t know.Kid-friendliness: Make sure your kids are sitting down. The chairs are metal.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp.

The CEO burger is always great. Simple yet flavorful, savory, not overwhelming, and a special standout burger that is a signature of FI.The other picture is of the regular single cheeseburger, which wasn’t at all special and actually a bit underwhelming, but it is what it is. I just won't get it anymore.Onion rings over here have always been fantastic and today was no exception.
We got our food to go we both ordered the bacon cheeseburger but I got truffle and he got garlic fries. We we reached out destination to eat we discovered that I didn't get my truffle fries ?. Other than that the food was great.

Ordered The CEO & it didn’t disappoint! The meat was juicy & tender. I had onion rings & they were big, crispy & delicious. I’ll try something different next time because I will be back for more!!!

I called on 12/7/2023, at 7:54 p.m, I asked to place an order and I was told by a young gentleman to either come on or order online.I asked him for the website he said I think it's burgerfi. I asked him to verify with someone in that I could place the order. He proceeded to say put that in it will come up. I did and the website was incorrect. I asked him to get the correct website. He hung up the phone.I called back and the phone was answered and put on hold!I suggest the employees are trained better!! This behavior is definitely that of a child!!
