Not clean ! this place needs to treat for bugs and update this place it seems like it doesn’t fit in this shopping center! Just by the smell of what was cooking smelled bad and burnt I would Not recommend!

Shady place: all tinted windows mean you cannot look into the place, but you could barely see cigarette trays on tables which means it's a "smoking allowed" establishment. I tried to go in the middle of the day when it was listed as open but was instead locked up tight. I knocked and no one answered. Upon walking out I saw that the open signed had been turned off so SOMEONE was there. Not a good experience
I really like this place. The lady owner was really friendly and she makes really good banh mi. I love the avocado smoothie. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting again!

This is my favorite place for Vietnamese coffee. The coffee has such a strong and smooth brew. Miss Lucy is the sweetest person and she makes the best "banh mi dac biet"!!!! I ate it three days in a row, and I still want more!
