Went to Charley’s at sugarloaf mills mall since I love this place a lot , usually I have a great experience but today was just ridiculous, I saw no manager on duty at all. u had the cashier constantly not attending her register , at some point after she took my order she had a mother with a baby waiting 4 minutes for someone to take her order and the other workers couldn’t do it because they didn’t speak English . The only reason I know this is because I ordered a kids meal...

I normally eat at this establishment on base in Fort Gordon but when in the area, I like stopping at “Discover” Mills. I ALWAYS get the same thing. Chicken Philly & Strawberry Lemonade. Normally it’s A1 but my last visit it tasted
