I was taking my order through the drive through and we were told they had no banana milkshakes AFTER they billed us for them. They offered to switch our 3 banana milkshakes orders to 2 vanilla, 1 strawberry. However, they messed it up and gave us 2 strawberry and 1 vanilla. On top of this, we ordered a chicken burger and they instead gave us BEEF burger.

I normally stop in and grab something to eat when I'm in the area , was told it would be 15 min before they could take my order because they had allot of orders there was 2 people in the drive though . I also had to question where to order because no one acknowledged me at all. The service is normally amazing. Unfortunately not now , I left and went to Zaxbys fast hot and friendly service.

I’m visiting Atlanta area and I grew up on Checker’s fresh hot burgers and fries. I don’t have one in Texas so this was a must that we stop by. This was so disappointing and disgusting we got the T-Pain meals and Buffalo Chicken tenders everything we got was cold including the fries the burger’s taste like they were precooked yesterday it didn’t even taste like ground beef. This was a disgrace to all Checker’s and Rally Burgers they should not be allowed to represent the restaurant chain.

Ordered a Big Buford combo. Burger was FULL of lettuce. Felt like I was eating a salad with a side of meat patties. The bun and the fries were harder than a man on Viagra. I won’t be back. Checkers doesn’t care anymore. No matter which one I go to, the fries are always hotter than the burger.
Best Checker's I've ever been to. Genuinely. Usually Checker's employees are very rude, which is unfortunately because it's my favorite fast food chain, but this one was amazing. The AI worked very well when ordering, and the real person at the counter was very nice and polite also. Other Checkers (specifically the one on Scenic Highway in Snellville, GA) could learn a thing or 100 things from this store.
A guy with long hair came up to me at drive-through asked me to buy him a meal. I thought he’s homeless. I drove up to the window to pick up my food. The same guy who asked me to buy him food gave me my drinks. I asked the other guy who is the guy who gave me the drinks , he told me he’s the manager!!!! Christian was great but the manager…..

Burger was cold as ice. The fries were great. Service was a mix between friendly and I'm busy go away. Would give more if the burger had been ?. The cheese wasn't melted at all the patty was still so cold.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a drive thru and eat outside or to go. Curbs had nice ramps up to sidewalk for wheelchairs.
