I've been eating Chick-fil-A for about five years now, and one of the things I have always said was that the food and service were always consistently good. However, my last three visits at this location have proven to be a contrast to the other locations I've visited. The French fries were just above room temperature. Also, the service wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as the other locations.
I must say though, the children sandwiches on my past three were hot 🔥 and consistently good.

Service was awesome and the food was just as great. The atmosphere inside is amazing and comfortable but the parking lot situation outside leaves a lot to be desired 🙁

I’m not even sure how they are allowed to operate with a parking lot that small and chaotic. I will avoid this location as much as I can, parking lot is horrendous. Near accident every time I go and the drive thru is pure chaos whoever designed this and put a Chick-fil-A there in that amount of space was not thinking clearly. I have been there a few times without successfully getting food because I just refuse to wait in a line for 30+ minutes and almost getting an accident around every turn. Chick-fil-A isn’t good enough for that

Don’t order delivery from here. They will leave out your food or get it completely wrong and when you reach out, you get some generic reply like “thanks for your feedback” and that’s it.
They used to make small mistakes, so I just dealt with it. A week ago, I ordered a milkshake for my sick daughter and instead of a chocolate milkshake, they sent us chocolate milk. Today, we got delivery again and it included two medium fries. There were no fries or sides of any sort at all. I will go out of my way to never go to this location again

The owner and staff are amazing! They truly care about their customers. I was at Northside Hospital with my daughter who was beginning treatment for breast cancer. When I left my phone was dying. My truck charger stopped working. I had no idea of how to get home since I didn’t know the area. I went into this Chick-fil- A and immediately saw the owner and his managers meeting at
a table. They asked how they could help. I relayed my story to them. They immediately took phone and hooked it into their chargers. I went the restroom. When I came out, they asked me to order food if I was hungry. They would not take any money. The owner, Daniel Perry, walked me to my truck to make sure the charger he gave me would work in my truck. He told me to drive safely, and he prayed with me for my daughter. I am so grateful to Mr. Perry and his staff. They were my angels today!
