I ordered through the app to pick up for myself and coworkers. When I got to work, all the food we got was there except for one of our large hashbrowns. I also ordered two vanilla iced coffees and none of them had vanilla flavoring, they only had cream. The last thing was the condiments. Theyâre usually good with giving you what you ask for, but this time? They missed everything. Not a single condiment i had ordered. I know it isnât that big of a deal, but when you recommend CFA as breakfast for work and they donât give you what you ask for then it makes me look bad. Thatâs all I have to say.

Had a horrible experience in the drive through, I was in line 30+ minutes. The employees seemed as though they were just chilling even though it was a super busy lunch time. This restaurant does not have the same high standards the chain was founded on. New Managment is needed here BADLY based on other recent reviews.

The food is decent, but the workers have attitude and are not very nice at all. I went thru the drive thru today and asked the lady which drink she was handing me and she said âI donât knowâ in a rude tone. It left me speechless. Also, if Nicole takes your order, prepare for her to barely greet you, and just stare at you until you start ordering and then she wonât say anything and will just hand you your receipt. Very weird energy/employees at this location. They also did not put any vanilla in my vanilla iced coffee

I've been eating Chick-fil-A for about five years now, and one of the things I have always said was that the food and service were always consistently good. However, my last three visits at this location have proven to be a contrast to the other locations I've visited. The French fries were just above room temperature. Also, the service wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as the other locations. I must say though, the children sandwiches on my past three were hot đ„ and consistently good.
