I am absolutely disgusted by my visit to the Chick-fil-A on Buford Dr. (Braves) in Lawrenceville, GA. On the evening of December 15, 2025, I ordered two chocolate chip cookies (requested warmed) and two cups of ice cream. When my order was delivered by a Caucasian teenage girl with two long braids, only one cookie was warmed. (Descriptions given as I do not have their names)
I politely asked for the second cookie to be warmed. She dismissively said, “We don’t warm cookies,” even though one had already been warmed, and claimed it would take 15 minutes. She then turned away, whispered to her coworker an African American teenage girl with braids and both began giggling while looking at me. This went on after about 5 min, I politely asked for updates, leaving me feeling mocked, humiliated, and completely disrespected.
When I requested a refund, the first employee laughed again, and the Hispanic female manager offered only a condescending, “I’m sorry for your experience,” without acknowledging the seriousness of the behavior. My husband had to bring the melted ice cream back so the refund could finally be processed.
I have been a frequent Chick-fil-A customer for YEASR and have always received friendly, respectful service. This visit was the exact opposite and completely inconsistent with the brand’s values. As I may add this was my very first time visiting this location & I can say I will NEVER come back! I hope owner Matt R. is made aware of this incident and takes immediate action to address staff behavior and training. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

As others have shared this is a very slow CFA. Pulled up the drive through speaker to be told OVER the speaker: we are taking orders at the window. Please explain how that makes sense? Guaranteeing a slower experience.

Always get orders wrong.. I ordered an egg white bacon biscuit and the egg white was Super THIN. I went back to get to report it and get another one and the gave a chicken biscuit instead of what I originally ordered. There customer service is REALLY HORRIBLE

The slowest chik fil an ever and there wasn’t even a line! Just me in the mobile thru and 1 other person in the regular drive thru line. Then to top it off the food wasn’t even hot or fresh. I gave this places multiple chances since they were newer but it’s been months and they still don’t have it together. Which is sad because you can already taste the chicken isn’t the same then whoever in the back is making the nuggets decides to fry the fatty pieces which is a super gross surprise to bite into. Hopefully they get some better quality control.

This location is SLOW. This is the closest location to my house and I've been there 10 or so times since they opened. Since it's a new store, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and time to get the kinks worked out. But they haven't improved. This is the slowest location I have ever been to. If there are more than 3-4 cars in the drive-through when you arrive, consider going elsewhere unless you have 30 minutes or so to wait.

My favorite sauce combination with fries. Dip it in the ranch then in the sweet spicy Sriracha. It is an explosion of flavors. At least to me. I enjoy it very much.

Ordered with Malcolm at the drive thru. 10.30.25 10:33 am. Reg.b57, trans #3757. $25.48. verbally ordered strawberry milkshake with food. He didn't get it. Guys at the pick up seemed to care less. Horrible service. Won't be back. This place continuously has let us down.

Just some feedback here I know this location is relatively new but if you have a mobile pick parking spot rather than a drive through line then the second lane can be used as a drive out lane for those who get there order before others thus making the drive thru line flow a lot faster.
