Our bill was $82 for two adult entrees, two kids meals and 4 waters. I was really disappointed with our experience here. First, we simply asked for water and were given bottled water without being told it would be charged. Water is supposed to be complimentary at restaurants, so this felt misleading.

We were also a small family of four with two young kids, and they added gratuity automatically. I’ve never had a restaurant do that for such a small party. Between the unexpected bottled water charges and the forced gratuity, I felt we were overcharged and not treated fairly.

The food may be decent, but the way they handle billing left a very bad impression. We won’t be returning or recommending.

this place is horrible,the art on the walls are nice but the food sucks! i’ve been there once and my whole family got food poisoning.never coming to this place again,also there’s not a lot of options on the menu.

The food was amazing. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in Mexico City. They have the most amazing quesadillas, not the boring ones you normally see. I also had the Chile en Nogada and could not recommend it enough.

Arrived at 11:21, door was locked. The sign says they are open, but they are not. Drove 25 mins to come here from a TikTok ad.

I dined in at Chilango Taco Bar with my family and, overall, the experience was disappointing. While the food itself was decent, the appetizer portions were surprisingly small for the price. The highlight of the space was definitely the art wall it added a great vibe to the place.

Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, my friend was charged twice for the tip, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, the owner responded with rudeness rather than any attempt to resolve the issue professionally.

Given the poor service and the owner’s attitude, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it to others

The suadero tacos here instantly took me back to my beloved Iztapalapa—no joke, one bite and I felt like I was standing at my favorite taco stand back home. Perfectly tender, flavorful, and with that authentic street-style edge that’s so hard to find outside Mexico City. Suadero tacos are so hard to find in Atlanta and many people don’t even know what it is, so I literally traveled from 1 hour away just to try it and it was worth it.
It’s a great place, and if you’re from CDMX it’s a must try. La música igual me hizo recordar mis días en la secundaria- fue todo una experiencia!
