I placed a to-go order and was genuinely impressed. The food was freshly cooked and ready exactly at the time I requested no delays, no confusion. Every employee I interacted with was professional, helpful, and on point. The staff on the to-go side truly did a phenomenal job. This place is a hidden gem, and I hope the gentleman who took my order gets the recognition he deserves. I wish I had left a tip, but I'll definitely be back because of the staff alone. Haven’t dined in yet, but if the service is anything like the takeout, I know it’ll be worth it!

We haven’t been here in a long while. Went on a lunch date with my son. We got the 3 for Me. Both got the Smash Burger w/ fries. I had their chicken tortilla soup and my son got the chips and salsa. Soup was good, but better with the massive chips with the salsa. So used it as a dip bc it was so cheesy! Service was good and the manager came by to check on us which was a plus. Burgers were decent for the price. We should’ve gotten the Triple Dipper. Maybe next time.

I waited like 40 minutes for 3 meals (all from fry side so it doesn’t take THAT long) and I even tipped ol girl WHY SHE GIVE US SOGGY FRIES AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE TO STEAM OR SEASON THE BROCCOLI. I don’t even Karen out like this but I work at another chilis so I know it’s not that hard smh.

Messed up order, food came out cold twice. Biggest fing cock roach was running ran in the dining room. The waitress just stepped on it right by my table. You could hear its guts squish all over the floor.

Worst service ever!!! left the place with an empty stomach cause nobody came to take the order after 45 min waiting to get a waiter that never came to my table.

My experience here was absolutely nice in every aspect! My wife and I enjoyed the dinner as well as the drinks, and our waiter Spencer had the perfect combo of hospitality and service. We'll visit again

Dined in alone. My server Emily was friendly and attentive. Already knew what i wanted so i ordered my pasta with my drinks. This place was pretty packed with people but i still got my food literally within 10 minutes of ordering AND it was probably the best cajun pasta i’ve had from any chili’s locations. I’ve never been able to finish the whole plate but i definitely did yesterday. 10/10 !
