The manager stopped by and he was so much fun! Our server was great and I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Passing by peoples tables I saw so many samplers pick 3, so of course that's what I got! Mini bites delicious with the crusty edges, Nashville hot mozzarella YUM, and honey Chipotle crisper everything was so good. My friend got the 6 crisper, fries, and Mac n cheese which he said was SO much better then last time! Someone forgot the cheese in the cheese sauce 😆.

Me and my family had a stellar experience here. We ordered are usual drinks and they brought them out swiftly. Soon after, our orders were taken and then came out within 20-ish minutes.

However, my dad's order was right but the wing count was wrong. (He ordered 8 but they only brought 5 in basket). Fortunately, they quickly acknowledged it and brought out his 3 other wings.

Our server, (Melanie, I believe. My apologies for not remembering), was great. She was on it with the refills and checking in on us.

How is it possible to ask for medium rare and get hit with the driest well done steak possible? Server also wasn’t attentive so I couldn’t get a soda refill and I had to get up and ask the hostess for a to go box.

Badr is one of the most professional, courteous and eager to please people I’ve ever dealt with! This man is going all the way to the top! And of course, Chili’s is always consistent. You know what you’re gonna get in. The food is always great!

There was a COCKROACH on the wall we had to kill and we waited 30 minutes for our entree. The food was overcooked (bone in wings were rubber tires and I left them there) and the restaurant was under staffed, we were informed we would have multiple people checking on us and taking our order. This location needs to be closed down at this point. Stop stressing out your staff and call an exterminator, first time ever I’ve seen a roach next to me in a restaurant.

I was supposed to get a refund and never got my refund the food was horrible it was raw and gross the rice was hard like it was sitting out all day long I called and talked to a manager and he said I was going to get a refund but I still have not got my refund.
