Spencer was our waiter. And he was by far the WORST waiter we have ever had at any restaurant. He never refilled our drinks he was never around never came and checked on us. I will NEVER come here again!!!

The service was great. We were not rushed from one course to the next which was nice. However my beer arrived 1 inch from full. Kind of disappointing when you’re paying that kind of price. The food was great. Ordered the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla which is always our favorite. They split the dish for us onto two plates since we were sharing. Very much appreciated!!!

I get its the last hour, but I really wish I could've enjoyed this experience. My one night off mommy duty, and instead of being able to just have a drink and be treated like a valued customer... Most of the staff treated me like I was just in the way. No one was smiling or greeting me, and I had to wait to even have my drink order taken. The first drink I received was an unsweetened tea with mango which isnt what I ordered, but luckily the refill was made correctly by a different server. My food came out quickly... it was hot and correct which impressed me because the server didn't have to write anything down. There was a ton of grease from the Nashville dip and my southwestern egg rolls were a little undercooked which is why I'm giving 4 stars for food. Once I used the kiosk to pay and tip... I was chopped liver to the staff as no one spoke to me again after that! No one even said goodbye. I wish that I could come in at 8pm when the servers aren't rundown and preoccupied, but unfortunately that's virtually impossible for me. The server for the table next to me was kind and asked if I needed anything a few times... She was also great at interacting with her guests... She's the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 for service. Hopefully next time she's my server... if I ever return.

Went for Date night, drinks were good, very little tequila, The smash burger is very filing, not bad for the price, imo
The only thing I ask is that when making the burger, make sure it comes out neat, not everything sliding off the bottom bun.

Had the WORST experience on a to-go order! My son is disabled and is very limited on what he can and cannot eat. When my husband asked specifically for the sides of mashed potatoes the girl had an attitude and stated "I just work here" and proceeded to talk crap with the cooks in the back loud enough for him to hear! She said "I don't understand why people come here to spend $18 on mashed potatoes."

SOOOO unprofessional. There was more to it but the rude and judgmental attitude about what was being ordered was uncalled for and unnecessary!

Food was brought out cold. I ordered the half rack of ribs with Chipotle sauce. They brought the dry rub out. When I brought this to their attention the waitress said they were out of Chipotle sauce. The manager comes to the table with an attitude and says he can bring out some sauce and that that's how they do it in the back. The take the dry rub and just dip it in the sauce. By now my food was even more cold. The manager still never apologizes but begins to help the waitress (which was only her 2nd day) to change the order on her tablet. I told the manager to just take my whole plate and forget about the meal. He took my plate and walked off and still never apologized about the meal or the service. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HERE!!!!!! I still left a good tip for the waitress because it wasn't her fault that her leadership was absolutely awful.

I will NEVER order from this Chili’s location again due to their extreme unprofessionalism. I placed an online order through Uber Eats for a burger and fries at 9:50 PM, which was 1 hour and 10 minutes before closing. The estimated delivery time was 10:20 PM. However, after more than 5 different drivers showed up to pick up my order, none of them were able to get the food because it wasn't ready. To make matters worse, my order was eventually canceled because the store had already closed by the time they finally decided to address the issue. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this Chili’s again.

Your standard chills the person who was are waitresses was nice I believe she was training a new girl so honestly she didn’t check in with us to much but still good standard service I would recommend more places have napkins containers on tables because they only provide like two and don’t bring anymore

I went to this location with my little brother after work and sat at the bar and sat there for about a good 20 mins before my brother had to get their attention that we were there. Then when we’re greeted by the young lady with glasses she’s extremely aggressive and unsettling to the point that I stopped her in the middle of her talking and we left and not once did anyone stop to ask us are we okay as she let us just leave. Will never come back here again.

Pretty disappointed in the food and service at this location. Looks like they got rid of some of the better employees that were here during the holidays. I’d heed the warnings about food poisoning from this place. I will be reporting this Chili’s to the health department.

I came to chilis for the first time and I was expecting something really good but I was disappointed. People talked about the triple dipper and made it seem like it was really good but there was nothing special. The mozzarella sticks were okay but they were pretty salty. The burgers were small but its ok since they aren’t supposed to be full sized and the wings were better than everything else but the price for this wasn’t really worth it in my opinion. I ordered only a glass of water to drink and the cup had a bunch of sticky stuff on it and there was something in the water so I didn’t dare to drink from it. I don’t understand how they could give something dirty like that for us to drink out of that just shows they aren’t cleaning well at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here especially because of that.
