Everything about this location from start to finish was SUPERB!! We were out celebrating my grandson's acceptance into MIT's MITES Semester and the wait time to be seated was less than 3 minutes. We were a large party and were thankful to be seated at a table that wasn't cramped with everyone squashed together. The drinks and appetizer menus are robust with a great selection to choose from & the entree menu was just as good, with lots of interesting twists on standard big-chain restaurant food. Trust me, no matter what you choose when you come here, that menu will make you want to come back!I had the Mango El Presidente margarita & it was DEE-LISH!! My ribeye was tender, juicy and seasoned to perfection and I know everyone else felt the same way about their food too. DEFINITELY making this my new go-to spot & am looking forward to going back soon.

The server (girl with pink hair) was AWFUL. However, Spencer and the managers were amazing!!! Spencer really helped us out and got us everything we needed. I’m giving 5 stars for him and the managers.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m pretty frustrated. I got a chicken chipotle bowl Togo and I asked for no pico de gallo. Got homeAnd saw a plethora of onions and jalapeños. Called the store waited on hold for 10 minutes for a manager to tell me the kitchen was confused bc the new salsa had onions and jalapeños and they forgot. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything of the sorts. Not to mention when I came in to pick up the order I asked if it was possible to get a side of Cheese dip and the girl was utterly confused, said she didn’t know the menu and then offered me ranch. Not impressed with this locations staff or management at all!

Had the worst experience at chilis last night! The salad wasn't good! It’s a salad it had none of the items from the menu description on it and the chicken was just dry, like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours! The customer service was horrible, no one greeted anyone upon entry and it was very piss poor experience…..

This location has really gone done in service and food quality. We hadn't been to Chillis in almost a year. Came here tonight to eat. Iwe both ordered 3 item combo. I got chips, salsa and tea. My husband ordered chicken render combo with a bowl of chilli. His tenders were small but good, the corn looked dry and had no butter the Chilli tasted awful. We asked for butter, but they brought us another one. My burger was hard and crispy even though I asked for slightly pink and the bun was torn. I asked for another burger. We waited over 20 mins. The burger had not come yet. I asked for a manager.And told him the time to get a burger recooked was unacceptable. He apologized, by this time they bring out the burger. I told them I didn't want it. They took it off our bill. I left hungry and disappointed. The server was nice but very forgetful. The host was amazing. He saw the troubles we were encountering and said he hope we come back. I told him we won't be back. I also saw online where they failed a health inspection 59. If I had known that , I surely wouldn't have gone. This was the worst service and food I've ever received at a Chillis location.

I wanted a big fat juicy, drip down your arm Mushroom & Swiss burger.I got what I asked for minus the Swiss.I was too hungry to fuss. It was still yummy anyway. Waitress was amazing.Atmosphere is loud as always. But I will still go back.

I know I know.. it’s a Chilis what do you expect? But it’s 2024 you should expect better anywhere. I went in with my girlfriend tonight. I saw 2 tables get up and walk out. Manager delivered our food and we asked for two new cocktails the server was right next to him 10 minutes later we are still waiting and our server said he forgot to ring them up. The manager was taking pictures of food that was left on tables? He didn’t even say bye when we walked out. Our server just vanished for 10+ minutes and never rung up our cocktails. The food wasn’t the best. Just very disappointed.
