Terrible experience. Disgusting attitudes. They love to speak Spanish when upset. Sarcastic remarks as if I couldn’t understand.

Staff was really rude. My order was supposed to have been ready. I had to wait 15 minutes before they worked on my order. Nasty attitude.

Do not place an order online from here. They will rip you off. I ordered a burrito bowl and it consisted mostly of white rice and hardly any toppings. $25 for a container of rice is ridiculous. I reached out to corporate with them saying they will review the issue and contact me back but never did. Waste of money

These people suck 9/12 10-10:30pm shift every time I go they can’t wrap a burrito right, always a hole or comes undone so easily, they always have an attitude, and had no cheese so I’m ok with it, but then I asked if I could get more queso to make up for it, they said they had to double charge it. Horrible service.

We come here for lunch every day and absolutely love it. Staff is very friendly. They make some burritos that shouldn’t physically be possible to fold look great and taste even better.

chipotle what the hell i almost choked clearly it ain't soft and chewable

Got to the door @10:25pm and worker closed door and locked. It clearly says 11:00pm - all other chipotle that close at 11:00pm stay open to 11:00pm.

I was overcharge for Guacamole that I didn't have,portions poor and food quality low ...the girl ( jazmin) was very rude and went to dig in my bowl with a fork to confirm that I didn't have Guacamole. WAS HORRIBLE ...CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS ...I asked for refund over the phone when I got to my hotel and saw my food looking gross and she said bring it back tonight or tomorrow ...I am passing thru won't be able to take it back...
don't shop at this store.

This place has never been up to True Chipotle standard. I have been going there since it opened and mostly it is disappointing. My today’s order had 3 entrees that I ordered ahead. Every single one was wrong. I ordered veggie bowl and it had chicken in it, the one who ordered chicken got steak and 3rd one had wrong rice… The other two ate the food considering it is what it is but I couldn’t because of religious reasons and when I went back, they told me to bring the food back so they can see 😡. The manager ended up making me another veggie bowl but she didn’t look happy. Terrible customer service.

Randomly closed at 3 pm on a Friday??

Just a fix for a craving. Don't even bother ordering online they dumb down the portions heavily. Go in person so you can look the staff in the eye if they short you.

Service was extremely bad. The chicken was so salty that one could not eat it. The manager Maria was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful with trying to convince me that it’s this salty by design.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes on my mobile order when it was on a shelf in the back just sitting there. Then I open up my food and the chips are stale and the new adobo ranch cups, that’s I paid extra for, are not even halfway filled up.

Great portion of meat, fresh food, clean store, and nice employees :) Been visiting this Chipotle location because it is closest to my house, and I am very satisfied every time!
