The girl that was there did not do her service correctly. She checked the receipt first to see how much tip we had left. Then proceeded to ignore us. Leaving the beverage far from us and not giving us a spoon or napkins.

They had multiple packs of Cinnabons yet they were not being sold to us. The worker said they were packs for tomorrow as if she was working ahead and not willing to sell them today. So we were not able to redeem our code and it expired.

The staff in this store are very rude, Inconsiderate and Inhuman. I love the cinnabons and I usually pick them over Auntie Anne's. However, I had a very bad experience with them today. I am 8 months pregnant I bought a drink from them, came back and asked for just a cup of ice. I could barely walk and felt like I was going to faint. They turned me away saying they don't just give ice. So I walked across and went to Auntie Anne's and they were extremely polite and kind. They had a long line of customers but seeing my situation they accommodated me, did not make me wait in line and just handed me the ice with a smile and made sure I was on. I went back to cinnabon and asked to speak to the person in charge and she too was very rude and told me they have a \" no ice policy\". The sales girl who initially turned me away wouldn't even give me eye contact.

I went in to use a coupon I had for a 20-ounce iced coffee and they were out of coffee. Like how? ? My coupon expires tomorrow and I had to drive 25 minutes just to get there, which I’m annoyed about. I’m also disappointed that I wasn’t given something else to substitute as this would have been my first time trying it but that’s dead.

Every time I go here it's a problem. Several times they have only been taking cash because their system was supposedly down. I have gone at 12pm on a weekday afternoon to be told they aren't open even though the case is full by the employee who is talking to a boy over to the side. Today there were four employees actively turning away customers. One boy was telling people they had to do a covid test and putting a scanner up to people's foreheads. The whole crew laughed as people walked away. How are you the only people with no line at lunchtime on Sunday? The case was nearly empty and no one was making anything fresh nor did it smell like anything was baking. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

The food is great, but customer service is just not their specialty. The most recent time I went, I asked for a 6 pack of Cinnabons, the guy said no we can’t do 6 packs right now. I said okay can I do a 4 pack, he said no we can only do individual rolls. I said okay, can I do four individual Cinnabons he said okay. Then I was handed a box of 4 Cinnabons and got charged for each individual Cinnabon… :| Either I was scammed or someone doesn’t know how to work an iPad lol.

2 ladys and 1 guy working. The cashier acted like she had no idea what she was doing. The lady wrapping the cinnamon rolls had huge curly hair(which was beautiful) but not when handling my food. Her shirt was too short, and just looked trashy. they were to busy flirting with each other than worrying about the customers. My husband got a roll straight out of the oven burnt. If i could give zero stars i would. Do not waste your time or money.

The manager Yalani and the staff on 4/14 were absolutely unprofessional, unsanitary, aggressive and nonchalant. Nothing was ready upon opening, aggressively told to wait 40 minutes (ok, no problem, things happen) came back to order and they were prepping at the register and looked at me as if approaching the counter was an inconvenience. Was repugnantly told I couldn't order additional icing. I inquired on who was the manager so I could report my experience and both the manager Yalani (who's stomach protruded from her rising shirt, resting on the counter) and staff (scrolling through her phone) laughed as if there'd be no consequences. Disgusting!!

I was going to place an order at this location, but after witnessing the extremely poor customer service they gave one person I changed my mind. There was a lady trying to order a six pack. They didn't have any six packs already made up, but they had fresh Cinnabons made. The young girl with a nose ring and curly ponytail told her she would have to buy six individuals at full price??? I didn't understand the logic behind this and neither did the person trying to place the order, so she left. I'm assuming because that would have cost her almost double the price of a six pack. How hard would it have been for one of the three people working to box up six other ones already done? Customer service just isn't what it used to be.

The staff is extremely rude! They were going to charge me almost $40 in person for the same order I called in and paid $21 because they didn’t want to box up a six pack.

They made me wait 15 minutes for the new batch of cinnamon rolls, and when they gave it to me, 80% of it was raw!!!!! very upset will not be going here again. YOU LOST A VERY VALUBLE CUSTOMER ?? ?

Carolina, Jacari, and Jorge were the best! They gave me fresh baked Cinnabons and we’re so friendly. They’re the best!
