“Finally marked this spot on my DTL bingo card and it was definitely worth it. The vibe is great and feels modern and classy. Great date night spot. The braised short rib dissolved in the mouth and had a unique flavor, the chicarron was flavorful and crispy, the sangria was refreshing, and the fresas con crema was a light but fresh ending to the night. We also had tacos, which were ok, everything else was so exceptional that is felt like the “chips and salsa” of the restaurant that you pay for. There are better and cheaper tacos elsewhere, I wouldn’t come for that. Also the flan was average, slightly overcooked and not silky smooth but I’m a flan snob so I noticed it. But everything else was so good that I’m excited to go back!“
“I believe they have changed up their business model, as the interior was different than prior reviewer's pics. I stopped in for lunch takeout, and had the Cevapcici. The large (10.00) was enough for 2 days of lunch. The bread is AMAZING. I had mine served with Kajmak and Ajvar (think thick sour cream and a roasted pepper spread) - recommended. It is a cafe with a beautiful dessert display. It shares space with an Eastern European grocery. Restaurant is mostly Bosnian, but there are more recognizable foods to the timid.I WILL go back.“
“It was our first visit, and even after coming off of working an event, the customer service was still very accommodating. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. The staff seem like a fun group. I had the nachos and loved every bite. It was a large portion for the price, which is always a plus.“
“Melissa was our bartender. I haven’t been to tacos in a while and when we found out she was at the bar again we went not only 1 day that week but 3 times! We ordered the southern tacos and the ahi tuna tostadas with cold cerveza and a coconut margarita we won’t forget ! Melissa poured our drinks perfectly. “Anniversary night. 1st visit here. Arrived at opening. Enjoyed quiet patio seating. Excellent service from Madison (will be back). Great recommendations, explanations, conversation…felt very appreciated and attended to. We will be back after a 2hr relaxing , enjoyable anniversary dinner.“
“Food: AMAZING. We had the tabouli salad, hummus, filet, and beef kabob. I think the hummus could have used more acidity, but luckily the tabouli salad's acidity balanced it out. The kabob with the pesto-like dressing and the beet-crunchy-shallot-yogurt topping on top of the lentils was perfect. The filet is SO GOOD; had a nice crust and moist center; unfortunately the portion of it was small tho. For dessert we got the knahfeh and don't be scared! I was hesitant about the cheese, but the sweet syrup and ice cream nicely balances it out. Service: waiter was nice and gave us good recs; he strongly suggested the knafeh and we were pleasantly surprised. He frequently checked on us and we got to know him personally a lil! Ambiance: stunning. Simple and elegant. Great for a date night. Tips: I thought the hummus and pita ratio was off; so be prepared to order another pita haha.“

“Overall good experience. Server was attentive and helpful. Food was good but not excellent, as some of the flavors were lacking just a bit of pop. Everything was cooked to perfection and came out hot. Live music was a nice touch as well. Good date place option.“
