I will preface this review by saying that I am from Wisconsin and I was so excited when this Culver's opened years ago.I have recently noticed an unfortunate major change in the concrete mixers. The concrete mixers used to be my favorite and it was what sets Culver's ice cream apart from other fast food desserts. However, during my past few visits, I noticed that the new Large size cups come in the previous Medium size cups now (& increased price). Also, the ice cream has had a very runny liquid consistent right when the cashier hands it to me. Even when I put in the freezer at home for 10-15 minutes, it is still runny. As someone who has had Culver's concrete mixers since I was a child, this decrease in quality is disappointing and I hope that changes are made accordingly. Until then, I will not be returning solely for concrete mixers.

Good food. Always heard and watched the commercials but never been. The burger was good but they burnt the onion rings. Boo but overall good service even some worker came by and checked on to make sure we were doing alright which was nice.
