I usually use the drive-thru and they're always very quick and efficient. The food is good and I enjoyed coming here

Me and my family eat here regularly. I placed my order asking for 2 onion rings and sauces because I know they charge. The Drive Thru not only got my order wrong giving me just 1 onion ring with no sauce. But when I went in to address it and correct my order, I received HORRIBLE service to which made me feel like they thought I was trying to pull a fast one. They told me I was going to have to order again meaning not only was i going to have to pay after their mistake, but I was going to have to let my food get cold. I am a supervisor at a restaurant and this level of service is very unacceptable. Please keep an eye on your employees because after this 1 visit. I will not be back.

I don’t live near a Culver’s, but I sometimes drive out to see my friend and we often eat here. We are able to chat, eat, and enjoy a free treat after completing a survey. I knocked it down a star only because the last time I went, I could see that it was lacking in some areas- maybe it was the time of day, different from when we usually go. There were many tables not wiped down and the food runners should have noticed them, but didn’t. They could have said something- the table next to us was dirty for the hour we were there until a family requested for it to be cleaned. I have worked in fast food- it can be hard to keep up with the orders and the tables, but an hour was too long. The other reason was the onion rings were very overcooked. The temperature of the burger was also not hot enough- the cheese didn’t even melt. It was disappointing- again, never happened on other visits. Usually everything is awesome.
Besides that, they were friendly and we had a great time. This one time visit will not keep me from going back. I am going to chalk it up to a blue moon. So, don’t be afraid to say something if your table isn’t clean or the food isn’t hot enough. They are usually spot on and are ready to help in anyway. Think of it as a chic-fil-a atmosphere but with beef 😂. I highly recommend for anyone that has yet to try it. Prices aren’t that much different from what I would spend at Wendy’s or McDonalds for a value meal. I spent just under $12 and at Wendy’s, it is almost $16-$20. And yes, I even had bacon on the burger. And as I mentioned, if you complete the survey, you get a free scoop of custard, just have to pay for the toppings (which cost me $0.95 for two toppings).
So, go to Culver’s and enjoy a burger. 🍔

Came here today to try this location and it was a disaster. The kid running the register messed up our mixer and was not listening at all to what we were ordering. We also waited quite a long time to get our order. Ordered a chocolate mixer with salted caramel and we got a plain chocolate with mint syrup in the bottom. Also ordered a culver deluxe single and was charged and given a double. Didn’t notice until we got home. I understand Culvers likes to hire kids to keep them from doing bad things and to make something but I think more adults need to be on the payroll as well. Won’t be returning.

Culver's is seriously one of those hidden gems! Their ButterBurgers are just incredible , so juicy and flavorful! Don’t even get me started on their fresh frozen custard; it's super creamy and comes in many different unique flavors everyday. The crinkle-cut fries are the perfect side, too. Plus, the atmosphere is so welcoming. If you haven't been, you gotta check it out! 🍦🍔
This Culver's location has never let us down. The staff is really nice, and the excellent service compliments the delicious food that's served hot every time we visit. Keep up the great work!
Food is always good, but your team really needs to start checking orders before handing out. EVERYTIME and I mean everytime my family orders through the drive thru somethings always incorrect. Ex. single burger vs a double. I’ve even asked for them to repeat the order, and somehow still fail to get it right. I love culver’s but this location struggles to get orders right!
