"Lechon asado" tender and juicy pork loin, marinated with our secret spices and slow-roasted for 6 hours. Served with green salad and rice.
Empanizado

Chicken Breast
Butterflied and marinated in Cuban mojo. Served with asparagus and rice.
Ropa Vieja
Pulled tender "brisket-style" steak. Slowly simmered with peppers and onions in a traditional Cuban tomato-based sauce. Serve with rice beans and plantain slices.
Red Snapper and Shrimp
Grilled red snapper and shrimp flambéed with rum and cooked with pico de gallo. Served with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes.
Spicy Oxtail
"Rabo encendido" our favorite! Tender slow-braised oxtails, stewed in a home-made red wine-base with special spices. Served with rice and plantain slices.
Mango Salmon
8 oz. succulent salmon filet grilled. Served with our home-made rum sauce, chopped tomatoes, rice, and asparagus.
Churrasco

We were a party of four, and when the check arrived, the gratuity was not left to the discretion of the customer—a mandatory 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Now, that alone is a point of contention for many, as it removes the ability to reward service appropriately.

The larger flaw, the bit of deception that should not be overlooked, is that the 20% gratuity was calculated after the tax had already been applied.

Great food and music! Got seated real quick for being a Saturday night. Our server Yoselin was excellent! She recommended great dishes and drinks and was very friendly with our group. The food and drinks were amazing and the price is reasonable! The tamarind margarita was good!

Came in spur of the moment to have dinner and a drink. Jocelyn was my server. Every time I come and she’s here, I am greeted with such a sweet smile and an amazing personality. As a server, she’s very attentive and has an amazing work ethic, I have never seen her upset and always upbeat!
