Dave & Buster's Lawrenceville - Sugarloaf

Loved our Waitress. She helped solve all challenges and was always helping the whole table.

My experience at Dave and Busters was very good. I heard about negative experiences of others regarding service from the staff, but my experience was excellent. The staff the entrance was very welcoming and our waitress approached me and asked if she could help my group.

The hospitality we experienced from the staff was outstanding. They were very accommodating, especially since our group consisted of nine people. We particularly appreciated the manager's kindness and consideration in offering us a complimentary lane since it was nearing closing time. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Mostly staffed by poorly trained young adults, overwhelmed with duties and underwhelmed with customer service skills.

Fun place to eat play and have a drink 🍸 😋

Our reservation never showed up in their system. After we were finally seated the service was terrible. Most of the food was cold or missing items for all eleven people in our party. Had to ask for refills and still waited ten minutes to get those. My personal meal never arrived and when everyone was just about done I asked again for my food. They finally brought it to the table as everyone was finished and it was cold. I asked them to remove it as everyone was done and ready to play games. They they did remove it from the bill but I still spent $150 on food for others and didnt get to eat myself. Last year we had about the same experience. Think this was our last visit.

Everyone, from the front desk, to the management, to the server (Crystal) to the photographer, I want to say thank you all so much for making my daughters birthday the best she ever had. This was our first time and it was a grand experience. Everyone was so accommodating, knowledgeable, great customer service, friendly and each went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. We will definitely be back and I will be spreading the word.

The server charged us a tip for the play cards we purchased to play games as if it was food .

I am so disappointed in this location. This is always my go to. But the bartender was so rude. I didn’t even get her name. When I came in she didn’t greet me. She looked right at me, rolled her eyes, and began to talk to a coworker. I was patient and said hello and asked for a menu. She didn’t get me one. I had to get one myself. She completely ignored me. I asked her if she was doing ok. She stated she was ready to go bc she had worked a 9 hour shift. I told her I hope she can leave soon. She then began talking once again to a coworker with out taking my order. I asked if I could order and she just stared at me. I told her my order. She didn’t acknowledge that she heard it. She just turned her Back to me and started typing  in the computer. I told her she could cancel it. I would go to another bar since she appears annoyed by me. She huffed, rolled her eyes and told me “I can go wherever I want”. I brought this to a young managers attention. Her solution  was to give me $2.10 off my bill. And told me the bartender was indeed tired. No apologies. Just excuses. I am so disappointed with this place.

Aside from the horde of 5 year olds running around screaming unattended, like 1/3 of these games are either completely broken and off, you out your money in and it doesnt work, or theyre missing pieces to play the game (usually missing balls - one skee ball lane only has ONE ball available). If you notify anyone working about a broken game they just shrug (and when these cost $1-2 each, it adds up)

It was like they decided to be an even trashier Chuck E Cheese

EDIT: Owner, no I am not going to reach out to your GR team. I was there in town for a special occasion to treat my nieces. It was a complete disaster. I have no intention of going back to a Dave & Busters
