Me and my family came here for the first and last time. Service was fine, though the cashier seemed very bland and ignorant. All of the tables were messy. Once we got our food they forgot to put something on my burrito. It actually tasted like human poop. I don’t exactly know what they do with chicken but it almost seemed blended? All of us hated our food other than the drinks ( which were still bad) and the fries (no salt and some were cold). We went home and went to bed after having to buy more food is how bad it was. Around 6:00 I woke up to a very upset stomach and threw up. I am not allergic to anything. It might be just how awful the food was or possibly FOOD POISONING. If there was an option to rate 0 stars, I would skip that part so fast. This was the worst food in my entire life, and you will NOT see my family enter that filthy place again.

**OWNER AUDIT NEEDED** Been coming here for the last year and the quality keeps going down. This location needs an owner audit. Orders in the last 4 months have been consistently inconsistent or flat out missing ingredients (like a burrito missing the chicken). Employees seems to be trying to game their tracking systems to falsify metrics.

Food was very cold and sat on the counter for an hour. We put in a mobile order, which says check in when you're here and we'll START making your food. We didnt check in yet to finish our errands, then arrived and checked in on the app. Apparently they already made our food, it was made an HOUR before we checked in. We ordered items with chicken, and it sat there in bags outside of the heat lamp for an hour?♀️?️
Edit: nachos are soggy, fries are ice cold, and we're not confident in the chicken. Absolutely gross to pay $30 for this
