im SUPPERRRRR Picky about breakfast food bc not everyone knows how to cook it and really give it flavor so usually i wait until lunch trying to go and get something to eat. This time I decided to go ahead and grab me some breakfast from a random spot i picked online i called to see if they had a drive thru and then i went… The service was execellent &- when i tell you THAT WAS THE BESTTTTT BREAKFAST I HAVE HAD IN GEORGIA OMGGGG ! My 2year old HATES eggs and he was smashing my omelet he loved it… I ended up not being able to finish all of my food so I put in the microwave for later and when I ate it later, it was still good. I Definitely recommend this place & i’m Eager to go back and try their lunch.

I love coming here for breakfast. Every breakfast biscuit i have ever had here has been phenomenal! One of these days I will have to try the BBQ which they are known for. Lol. But this place hands down has the best breakfast!

Breakfast is amazing. Blessed to have been recommended this place as it reminds me of the small biscuit spot we used to stop at every morning before school.

Food looks great! I'd love to eat here , but all I see in the pictures are Styrofoam plates. I'm not into that, my loss !

If you crave real country cooked vegetables like your grandma used to make then don't pass up this place or their vegetable plate because all their veggies are so darn good I have honestly never had the privilege of eating any of their meats and I'm not kidding y'all I always eat a whole veggie plate and then one to go with 4 pieces of cornbread and that to go box of veggies has never made it to my fridge or driveway. Seriously these people have a real passion for ole time cookin and amazing it always is.

The customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. They are so slow and uninviting. The old lady working the counter let my food sit and get cold while she made fresh hash browns for my co worker. The rude lady couldn't be consideredate enough to do the same for me when I'm the one who paid and tipped her sorry a$$. Tried to get a drink from the fridge a short while later and she walks away after I stood in line for 7 minutes and says "you'll need to wait a few more minutes." It was literally my turn and I just wanted a drink. Not worth it AT. ALL. I'm not supporting rude, dingy and run down businesses. I don't know how this place has any good reviews. People's standards must be rock bottom these days.

The only reason I didn't give a whole 5 star is because I hardly ever get to eat there because of the hours it's never open when I'm wanting to eat lol sat only for bfast seems like maybe your passing up money because the food is good and very well priced hopefully I can start getting my lunch on Saturday there instead of the country cooking competition over on herrington rd that's even closer to my house...

So happy we found this precious gem! The Owners are super nice and the food is even better!

Our very first time here and it will NOT be our last! I have been searching for a good soul food place in Gwinnett county and this is it! We missed breakfast (which I heard is amazing by the way) but the lunch definitely did not disappoint. They open early and close early but it’s worth waking up for! I have 0 complaints from service to food! The entire staff was welcoming and made me feel like I was back home in Athens,Ga! This is my new little place!

If you're looking for the epitome of Southern comfort food, Dicky Doo’s Diner is the place to be! Their breakfast is simply outstanding—always top-notch and consistently satisfying. Their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits are the best I’ve ever had, and their cheese grits are equally exceptional. I bring all my friends and family here because it never disappoints. Momma Sue, behind the counter, is a true gem. Her warm smile and radiant personality bring a touch of sunshine to every visit.

The owner, Dicky, is the quintessential down-to-earth country gentleman, adding to the authentic charm of the diner. For Southern breakfast lovers, Dicky Doo’s is a must-visit. Their lunch menu is just as impressive. The ribs are incredibly tender, falling right off the bone, and the barbecue sandwiches are always spot-on. I’ve even used their catering service, which delivers the same delicious experience as dining in the restaurant. I cannot recommend Dicky Doo’s Diner highly enough for an exceptional Southern meal!
