I placed my ordered online for delivery at 9:22 pm, received notifications that food was being prepared, in the oven, quality check, out for delivery. I received text message that the delivery driver Gaven was on his way. Received a text that he was 2 mins away, then received a text that he was pulling up. I saw on the app that he was on my street. I waited 10 min no Gavin. I called the store spoke to Nadie who was very dismissive, short and very rude. She gave me an option to remake it or get store credit. I informed her that I will not accept store credit and I don’t want them to remake my order because of her attitude there is no way I can trust if the food would be safe to eat. If she was nicer maybe so. Their customer service is crap! If you don’t like your job quit! We work too hard to be handed mediocre service and dishonesty! I most definitely will be calling corporate tomorrow!

Literally by far the worst dominos to ever exist. All the drivers don’t seem to know how to read, or at least drop the orders off at whatever address they decide to that day. Not being believed that my pizzas never arrived. I don’t know what type of “training” is going on there but you guys need major help. THE WORST DOMINOS TO EXIST I PROMISE YOU

I just had THE WORST and RUDE customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if Jessica is still working there. She claimed to be a manager but she is the assistant manager.
I placed an online order and stated I would have it delivered by 3:15 pm. By 4pm I still did not receive my order. I called and spoke to a girl and she said they only have one driver. I asked her if I could have the tip refunded and I will pick it up. She passed the phone to a manager and she quickly raised her voice and got super rude. I let her know that I am not upset and not speaking to her in no type of rudeness for her not to be speaking that way to me. She STILL got rude and ghetto and hung up on me. I called 6 times and she answered and hung up. Finally on the last call she answered. I asked for the managers name which she said she's the manager and her name is Jessica .which I found out she's not a manager, only the asst manager. I asked for her complaint/corporate phone number and she laughed and said she don't have that and hung up. If you guys call and get her and she starts to get rude and ghetto please call and report her. I found out so many ppl already complaint about her .. corporate number is 734-930-3030. She needs to get fired ASAP.. or someone in that location needs to teach her manners and respect and education. I will not order from there until she is GONE!!! Jessica sweetheart, if you read this, please get some education and be professional. If you don't like working and provide respectful customer service then go work elsewhere.

My wife a pizza and brownies, I went to pick up the food I said hi I'm here to pick up said hold on, after she finished what she was doing. I said I'm here to pick up for my wife, she had attitude and every rude. I ask for a manager and one of the employees said she is the manager and owner she the owner is on vacation and said your the one that droke order people business down.She pick the phone to call the cops I waiting for 5 to 10 minutes no one shows up, I will find out who the owner is and have a talk with the owner. This place just loss a customer but my family order food from there at least 3 to 4 time a week.

I had a great experience! I've never been here before to this Dominos' location since I moved, so I was nervous about whether they'd get my order right. They did! Very friendly staff and my pizza was hot and ready well by the time I arrived. :)
