Domino's Pizza

The BBQ chicken pizza was great. Honestly, ALL 3 pizzas were made perfectly and delivered HOT. Yummy! (I’d add a photo but it’s gone!)

Picked up the pizza from window. As the pizza should be ready in 20min when order placed online it took 40mins. But pizza was fresh

Driver forgot the salad 1 of only 2 items,
Tried to gas light me into thinking Ceasar dressing is the salad ,took the receipt said “he’ll be right back “,1 hour later the manager calls me asking what do I want ,do I want it sent back out or credit , 1+ hour already ,when I refuse the store credit the “manager”gets a attitude I wait another hour for the driver never showed up .

Typical pizza joint, place has plenty of parking with a gas station next door. Only issue I had was attitude from one employee preparing the pizza but not a big deal and not trying to get her in trouble. But definitely needs to work on her customer service skills and be a Lil friendly. Other than than that a good experience and food was great. Domino's has its distinctive pizza flavor either the sauce or the cheese it uses. It's a take out or delivery pizza place, no tables or chairs

If i could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered tonight after returning home from a long work trip, and followed the order in the tracker. I watched it sit in the store after completion for 50+ minutes without being sent out for delivery. Both my husband and daughter called, and were met with very rude employees. My husband offered to come pick it up if they remade it fresh, but they said that if we wanted it remade, it would go to the back of the line instead of being remade immediately.
My daughter went to pick it up, and was told that they had refunded my order (they didn't) and they charged her for an order already paid for. When she returned home, they had sent her with the wrong order. So she went BACK. And was told that to remake the wrong pizza would STILL be put at the back of the line. She then matched the energy of the store employee, and was told they would not be remaking it at all. So they can treat customers like crap, but the customers aren't allowed to match the energy.
And neither of us got our refund. So they actually got double payment for an incorrect order they refused to remake.
I understand that things happen, but they were rude, unapologetic for their words, and unwilling to correct their mistakes.

Thank you Dominos, staff was pleasant and patient even with the small misunderstanding. My pizza came out perfect. Thank you again

They told me the pizza would take 17-27 mins. Got there after 30 mins. They told me they were working on it, as I saw them prepare the dough. They waited for me to get there to start making the pizza. Had to wait another 30 mins. Had ordered a mushroom pizza. When I got home and opened, it was a pepperoni pizza. Unbelievable!

Tried to order special large 9.99 3 toppings for 2 pizzas.
Got mediums.
Will not go back.
Had to walk in due to no delivery at my home. 🫨

Order 4 large delivery waiting for 1 hour plus I end up going and picking it up poor guy was only one pie maker attending guy was frustrated need more workers yiep charge delivery fee 😆 🤣
