I Ordered a pizza online. It was supposed to be No onions. I Got a notification pizza is ready. Drive there picked up the pizza. Got the pizza home. Onions all over it. So I had to drive back to get a new pizza. Waste of dinner time driving around back and forth. And no compensation whatsoever for the mess up.

I had the pasta delivered to the hospital after my Surgery not only was the pasta dry and plain but when I contacted the store to see if i could get help with the food a Rude Caucasian woman who claims to be the General manager showed zero regards for my concern she even went as far as to imply that I lied about ordering from there at all she was Uber unprofessional and I don’t appreciate it a bit I will never recommend anyone order anything from here unless you are a fan of plane dry and unpleasant food honestly I would rather eat a hotdog from quick trip or a McDonald’s Sandwich before I get anything from them at this point and this is coming from me as probably the least picky eater in the world it was HORRIBLE!!!!!
Placed an online order for dinner tonight for their $19.99 deal (two- 1 topping medium pizzas, 2 liter, 16 piece parmesan bites, 8 piece cinnamon twists w/icing) and from online order to delivery everything went smoothly, I was notified via Domino's app & text every step of the way, my delivery driver Abu was very friendly & punctual. Based on this experience I'd order from here again. I paid $34.50 for everything pictured, tip & round up to St. Jude's included.
Never again. Overcooked pizza. No extra sauce as requested on one pizza. Order not correct and gave us the same wings we brought back that didn’t have the buffalo sauce. Trifling and tacky after spending $70 and giving a top. They did give us free marinara after going back to get the wings we ordered. I guess they knew their pizza was overcooked and dry.

Don’t even waste your time! Go to a different location!!! The short blonde haired girl has the worst attitude! They do not care to put all of the toppings that you asked for. They do not use gloves and only seen ONE person wash their hands. DONT even try to say something is wrong with your order, she’ll just say nothing is wrong and start throwing things around and slamming things. One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Bathrooms aren’t clean, there’s poop all over the toilet! No food is being handled properly at all! No one wears gloves! Chicken being touched bare with bare hands! Toppings being touched with bare hands and no one is washing their hands in between.

We have been ordering from them for a while and the pizza's have always been good, hot and ready. After we order on-line, they have it ready for us waiting in just minutes. the value and pizza's are great!
Food was overcooked, and packaged sloppily. The payment eqiupment was not working and out of date. BUT the customer sevice was 5 stars. Friendly, welcoming and refreshing.
Manger and staff are very rude. They hang up the phone and their tune is very aggressive and disrespectful. Had a wrong order delivered. Overall, very bad customer experience. I don’t think they even care but thought to share

If I could give this a negative star I would. We have had multiple issues from here with our last 3 orders. When we have contacted them we have had very little help to correct the issue or get a refund. Most recently, we were spoken to rudely by the manager when we called for an incorrect order that was delivered. He told us to contact dominos customer support for a refund, because this particular store doesn’t want it to count against their sales. Unfortunately, you cannot speak to a real person when contacting the dominos support number. Hopefully, we can get our money back- but I would highly suggest avoiding this dominos location!!
