Let me first say I WANT MY STAR BACK it’s only because I would NOT been able to leave this POST!!!!!!! Delete ONE STAR As a patron for over 2/3 years I’ve seen some changes at this particular location, both favorable and some not so. Most recent I counter was 03/09 at the drive thru on my way into work. Prerecording says good morning yada yada I give my order, no one replied so I drive to the window the MANAGER opens the window after a stare down and says we’re not open until 6am that’s why no one said anything… hmmmm I know better than that why would the prerecording be on all together. Moving along I said ok it’s 6:01 can you take my order here at the window, he says NO you’ll have to drive around and place my order at the speakers…. I was floored and in utter disbelief I drove off. I refuse to spend another dime at this place. Honestly I only stop here because it’s in my route to work early morning .

Employees are pleasant but the coffee is very weak. It tastes like water. I went 3 days in a row just to see if maybe it would get better and unfortunately the coffee was the same. I even ordered an espresso shot to make it stronger. Coffee has no flavor.

I’m vegetarian. Ordered a cheese croissant, hash browns, and chai latte. The croissant had bacon on it and was cold. Like room temperature. The hash browns were still slightly frozen when I bit through them. The chai latte was cold as if it was put in the microwave for about 10 seconds after being in the refrigerator. The Indian staff there is cold and unpleasant—they never greet or respond to any greetings from customers.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly service. Not very much parking. 10/262027. Very disappointed. Was not acknowledged when I spoke and said good morning. Stood and waited for the employee to finally see what I needed after waiting a few minutes when he saw me immediately when I walked in. Bad customer service

I ordered coffee with pumpkin spice but I don't taste ANY pumpkin spice in my cup. I order this regularly so they didn't get this right. They also charge for a pup cup! Who does that!?
Made a mobile pickup order. Picked up in drive thru. Order was ready and correct. Hot and delicious. No complaints.

I have not had Dunkin’s in years. I usually go to a local mom and pop doughnut shop. Today, I bought Dunkin’s for my office at 8 AM and either the doughnuts were stale, or now their doughnuts are stiff and NOT good at all.

Employees weren’t pleasant. Coffee was not good so I requested a refund. No sense in spending $5 on something you’re not going to drink. Loaded hashbrowns were salt and the bacon was overcooked. Try another location.
