The last time we went in there to get our refresher drinks me and my daughter told them over and over that we wanted the grated sugar but NO LIQUID SUGAR instead, and what did they put in instead of the grated sugar in both of ours LIQUID they don't understand ENGLISH one bit. NEVER WILL I STOP BY IN THERE AGAIN. They need to have ENGLISH people work in there so they can understand people what they want.

I used to come here ALL the time. They rarely got my order wrong. These past couple of times I’ve been going they got my order wrong EVERY TIME. Last week my drink tasted like straight up alcohol or some sort of cleaner. And today I got the dunkalatte. She hands me my drink and I ask her if this is the correct order because the color of the drink is visibly different and she’s like yeah that’s it. I drive off because I need to get to work, I try it and it is NOT the drink I ordered. They are going downhill. I don’t know if it’s their new staff or what it is but something changed and not in a good way.

I just wish they moved faster in the morning. I have opted for McDonald’s most days because I know I will make it to work on time. I’m usually in the line at Dukin for 15 minutes

Great for a late night meal. Too bad that the 6 dollar meal was removed...

Used to really love this location. Lately the food hasn’t been as great quality, VERY VERY slow service, and not great customer service either. Not sure what happened.

There is something not right about this location on recent visits. The coffee is not as hot on recent visits. Food is not very good anymore. Pastries that should be warmed, are not being warmed. Staff at window said customers should ask for their pastries to be warmed. First, that’s not what you say to your customers. Anytime a customer comes through the drive through and order pastries, customer service skills are to ask the customer, all customers, if they would like their pastries warmed or heated. Customers are paying their money for great customer service and attention to detail. Who wants to be served a cold, hard pastry, at the window? NOBODY. Management may want to trained staff better. Did this location change management? Service in the past 3 or 4 months has been very, very disappointing.😢.

This Dunkin truly WOWED me! The girls behind the counter were helpful and efficient, and the entire place (including the bathroom) were spotless. I am so glad I stopped in!

Service was slow. It took over 15 minutes to get a beverage. I ordered in the app while sitting in the parking lot, walked in, waited 5 mins behind a lady and her daughters to order a donut, then it took another 5 mins for the drink I ordered to be completed.
My chai was hot but the apple spice donut seemed day old, if not stale.
I noticed that the whipped cream and cold foam were sitting in a container of water. No one bothered to change the ice, so neither could have been at the proper temperature.

This location is one of the locations that gets my order right and actually stirs the coffee up properly
