I just picked up a mobile drive thru order. It took a while but I understand how busy it can get. I ordered an iced cappuccino and got straight milk. Plus, my drink wasn’t filled up either so I got robbed product quality and amount. Tastes like oat milk and syrup. Extremely dissatisfied. 0/5

the morning shift is extremely rude. one of the new employees, I don't recall her name, is rude and condescending. Just hands your drink without saying anything.
I used to come here a lot but nowadays, I am taking my drinks elsewhere.

Unfortunately, i did not experience the 5 star service that other reviews mention. DT order when i pulled up to window, no acknowledgement or heads up that the order would be a while. There was no one else in front or behind me. Not sure why a pumpkin spice latte would need an extended wait time without at least being acknowledged. Anyhow, just went to go get coffee where i know i’ll get good service. Anyway, do better ya’ll.

I showed up at Dunkin’ at 4:10 in the afternoon only to find the doors already locked. It’s the middle of the day, hours before closing, and they just shut customers out without any explanation. When I knocked and politely asked why, the staff was flat-out rude to me, like I was bothering them for daring to want to buy something. If you can’t stick to your posted hours, at least don’t treat people with such disrespect on top of it. This was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and just plain bad service. I’ll definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

1 star all around… the woman taking my order this morning was extremely rude. I asked for my breakfast sandwich to be made on a croissant and she refused. I’ve swapped out the bread on many sandwiches for a croissant many times and had NEVER had an issue. I’m fact I went to a dunkin in buckhead and asked for the same item to be made on a croissant with no problem. They are just slow and lazy here. Will not be returning which is a shame considering I live less than a mile away and pass on my way to work every morning. There should be no problem to use a croissant in place of a tortilla…
