I usually don’t my have an issue with this location, but I went there on Sunday, 8/31/25 and was told I would have to pay an extra dollar for getting the refresher drink without ice. I always get my drinks without ice and I just feel it’s ridiculous that they want to charge me an additional dollar because I’m not getting ice. Needless to say, I won’t be back, unless of course they change that policy.

I wanted to drop in some praise for this Dunkin’ Donuts location for consistently honoring my requests. I always ask for my breakfast sandwich to be extra toasted like almost burnt and even when they are busy, they make my sandwich how I like it. I know for many Dunkin’ Donuts this is an annoying request so I appreciate it. Thank you

Customer service is great, amazing! Only downside is this is probably the slowest establishment I’ve ever been to. Been coming here for years since they opened, but curious to see how the process goes over the next few months with the new coffee establishment opening across the street. Other than the slowness, I’ve never had any issues with this location. Order is always accurate, customer service is great, and food is always hot.
