They gave me the drink with no taste at all when I went to tell them about it they did not remake it they only added more coffee to it I asked for whipped cream but they refused to add it for me on my drink.

I ordered an iced pumpkin signature latte with oat milk, no whipped cream but I was given a regular coffee with milk and not a single smell or taste of pumpkin spice. I'm so sick and tired of Dunkin getting my order wrong. This is the fifth time!!!!

I visited this location the day after Thanksgiving, a time that is already difficult for many people, including myself. I haven’t been able to spend the holiday with my family for the past few years due to several hardships, so something as simple as getting a coffee should not have added stress to my day.
Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing. The young man taking my order acted as if he didn’t want to assist me, speaking very slowly and with an attitude that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. When I arrived at the window, the young woman handed me a receipt that she had already crumpled up and tried to throw away. Instead of printing a new receipt or offering a clean one, she picked up the balled-up paper and attempted to give it to me, which was both unprofessional and unsanitary.
What made this even more disheartening is that we are all minorities trying to navigate the same pressures, stresses, and challenges in this country. With everything people are going through — especially during the holidays — it was nerve-wracking and honestly heartbreaking to be treated this way by individuals who should understand the importance of kindness and respect.
I truly hope management addresses this behavior immediately. No customer should ever be made to feel dismissed or disrespected, especially during a time when so many are already experiencing personal stress.

Just picked up my order and thank god I was able to watch who made it. There’s a male associate who was wearing a Covid mask.. he was stroaking it and pulled it down and started rubbing his nose and went right back helping make orders… no hand wash or anything. He spent about 15 seconds alternating rubbing the two. If you get sick after eating or drinking anything from here, now you might know why.

Make sure of your order before you drive away. Never correct even though you repeat yourself twice at the drive through.
Medium Ice Shakin Espresso is $4.99 advertised on the board. The Bill was $5.69. The employee punted it to the manager who is obviously not at store. Beware of this scam and false advertisement at the drive through screen. The employee said milk and espresso is built in the order.

I stopped by with my daughter to enjoy some hot drinks and donuts. The place was very clean and all workers were very nice. We sat down to enjoy our food, but then we tipped over a cup of hot chocolate. All employees were very polite and understanding and they gave us another cup free of charge. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I totally recommend this DD location!
