Just picked up my order and thank god I was able to watch who made it. There’s a male associate who was wearing a Covid mask.. he was stroaking it and pulled it down and started rubbing his nose and went right back helping make orders… no hand wash or anything. He spent about 15 seconds alternating rubbing the two. If you get sick after eating or drinking anything from here, now you might know why.

Medium Ice Shakin Espresso is $4.99 advertised on the board. The Bill was $5.69. The employee punted it to the manager who is obviously not at store. Beware of this scam and false advertisement at the drive through screen. The employee said milk and espresso is built in the order.

I stopped by with my daughter to enjoy some hot drinks and donuts. The place was very clean and all workers were very nice. We sat down to enjoy our food, but then we tipped over a cup of hot chocolate. All employees were very polite and understanding and they gave us another cup free of charge. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I totally recommend this DD location!
Twice this location has served me pastries that were stale at 9am in the morning. They obviously are serving old bakeries and pastries to good paying customers. Even warmed you can tell it was old food, $4-5 pastries is not cheap. Avoid this location. Too many Dunkin’s everywhere to waste your money at this location.

I hate having to go to this place it's on my way to work, so it's convenient, but I'm actually going out of my way now to avoid this place. They never get the order correct, and it's always in their favor money wise. They don't give receipts, so you don't catch it. I order hot coffees. They ring me out for ice, which cost more, and then when you kentuon it They apologize but don't refund you. They have done this to me at least 5 times. Then when they mess up am order like the other day and give me the wrong food they tell me I have to drive around again and pay the difference making me go back on a long line I already did and pay for there mess up. Instead of just correcting the order on the spot. Then they blamed the issue on the cost of food going up instead of they didn't listen and gave me the wrong item. There linea are long they are not nice. This place is the worst. I'm just 1 person they lost, but if they keep this up, it could cost more. Learn customer service and take care of the customers that keep you open. I will not be back nor anyone I know aside, telling everyone where else to go.

I come to this location because it is closer on my way to work. I order an ice original blend Carmel coffee. I make this order often and it seems they don’t add Carmel pumps on it. Watch out with your money because these workers are wanting to save money on there ingredients. Also the donuts are not great. They taste old. Just Avoid coming to this location!
