Went to the drive thru before church. The food was ice cold. We asked for grape jelly the lady stared at yo and kept doing what she was doing. Won’t be going back.

This place did not have inventory for ice cream in the summer! No cup for 2 scoops of ice cream, no hot fudge, no strawberries fir a sundae. Ice cream was freezer burnt, and chocolate peanut butter was labeled as chocolate, hence not labeled correctly. The young lady working appeared to be training, she was kind and professional and really wanted to make things right, but that's hard to do when not provided with adequate inventory. Sad to see good employees having to take the hit for the owner's lack of interest.

Lied and said they didn’t have the donut I asked for but when I mentioned a refund they ironically had the donut.

mysha gave me 4 melted milkshakes, i come back to the store to tell her, she says i can come back another day and she personally would remake them for me. she did not tell me i needed to bring all four milkshakes back. i come back the next day and she is now refusing to remake any of them. accusing me of lying that they were melted. I'm a regular here, i have no business lying, I genuinely felt like I wasted my money the previous day and basically had to beg them to at least remake one of them.

For years, I have visited this location and normally use the drive thru. However, today I had just come from a doctor’s appointment and after a long drive from downtown Atlanta, I decided to treat myself to a donut. I had to use the bathroom so I went inside. I tried to enter the bathroom but it was locked. So, I asked the employee to unlock it and her response was, “its only for paying customers”. I was taken aback by her response. Was it because I was black or because I was a senior citizen and carried a cloth bag, or was it because I didn’t have a suit on today?(11:15 on 12/18/24) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! After using the restroom, I placed my order and left with my donuts. The only reason for two stars is because the employee at the cashier was pleasant.

Moldy breakfast sandwich. I don’t expect this to be a super high quality joint but I mistakenly expected NOT to be served biohazards for breakfast.
