It’s safe to say customer service in this region is absolutely dead, and this location is a prime example of impossible to communicate and terrible customer service! 9 times out of 10 on many occasions I walk in here and will stand at the counter for at least 8 mins before someone who doesn’t speak good English walks up, doesn’t greet me and wait for me to initiate conversation. America definitely doesn’t run on Duncan!!

They did not have any workers available to take my order. I had to order via Kiosk which is fine but I was limited on how I could make my drink (I could only do a max of 10 creams and I like 12 creams in my coffee). Their bathroom was also only available via code but of course I had to wait to find a staff member to give me the code. Seems like all the staff members were busy in the back or with drive thru. Losing the human touch service at this location!
Ps: I didn’t get the BR ice cream but they had a limited selection (about 8 flavors) and none of the common ones (mint chocolate chip, cookies n cream or even strawberry).
