Ordered a iced matcha latte today 04/30 and as I was drinking I found a hair at the bottom of my drink. Absolutely disgusting! Will NOT be returning to this location. Unacceptable.

It’s safe to say customer service in this region is absolutely dead, and this location is a prime example of impossible to communicate and terrible customer service! 9 times out of 10 on many occasions I walk in here and will stand at the counter for at least 8 mins before someone who doesn’t speak good English walks up, doesn’t greet me and wait for me to initiate conversation. America definitely doesn’t run on Duncan!!

They did not have any workers available to take my order. I had to order via Kiosk which is fine but I was limited on how I could make my drink (I could only do a max of 10 creams and I like 12 creams in my coffee). Their bathroom was also only available via code but of course I had to wait to find a staff member to give me the code. Seems like all the staff members were busy in the back or with drive thru. Losing the human touch service at this location!
Ps: I didn’t get the BR ice cream but they had a limited selection (about 8 flavors) and none of the common ones (mint chocolate chip, cookies n cream or even strawberry).

Tried to charge me for cup of water , no napkins in my food to go order , rude customer service
The drive thru can be drama in the AM. Unless there are only two cars ahead of you I would skip it then park up and go inside. Once inside I was able to order quickly from an iPad. Some people try to cut other ppl off by coming into the line from the middle of the line. Inside the Dunkin it is very clean and the staff decorates for the holidays. You can tell they care. They work very efficiently. I could actually hang out at this Dunkin and eat my food if I was depressed and absolutely could not eat it in my car. That's how nice the vibe was inside.

Over charged for coffee with almond miilk and chared for add on caramel but he didn’t add. We asked him No foam but he still added . Over all coffee was cold .

Whoever makes the frozen coffee in the morning makes it so strong and burnt tasting. I had them add 4 extra shots of caramel and it still tastes bitter.
