They made the thinnest worst quality coolattas and milkshakes. One of the employees barely spoke above a whisper with poor English and said she wouldn't remake them because somebody what made them. I told her to ask her coworker. Then the employee that said they couldn't remake them, made it. They remade it 3 times and each time it was like water. I asked for a refund and they said there is no manager. Then I asked another employee and got a refund. Terrible place.

The desi man at the drive through line was very nice and very informative, told us to be aware of the cross contamination with bacon in the morning because we are muslim, awesome awareness! Breakfast was good too!

I have been here multiple times on my way to work in the past, and this Dunkin Donuts is extremely understaffed, which is why it takes over 8 minutes for any order to be made. The staff that works there is always on their phones. The inside always has some sort of trash on the ground. They always forget napkins, jelly, and even straws. When they finally give you that order, it's horrible. I definitely wouldn’t go here again. These people really need to step up their game overall. Customer service is a 0.

The old Indian lady is rude !I often go with my two children's this women is not kids friendly , This woman was so mad b/c my kids spilled my coffee while they enjoying their donutsI apologize before I left that day , after a week I went back to the same place she remembered me and warned me not spill coffee again she treated me like two years old child I was so mad I told her it is not going to happen a gain.

I’m currently back in school and I filled out an application for a part time job. The owner called me and told me to go in for an interview. When I got there some woman (don’t remember her name) sat down and started to be rude instead of interview me. After asking my age she went on to say “and you’re still in school” as if people can’t go back to school and it’s not multiple degrees you can get. Just from that this place really gets 0 stars from me. How are you judging someone going for ANOTHER degree when you’re just a manager at Dunkin’ Donuts

The lady taking my order was very rude and rushing me when she told me they didn’t have what I want. I get the same thing so I needed a second. They gave me the wrong order with bacon and I don’t eat pork.

Compared to other nearby Dunkin’s this location sucks, it’s always something. Coffee not made properly, run out of donuts and if they do have some their stale or your order just wrong.
