I went through the drive-through to order a shake. The shakes are disgusting. They are more slushy consistency. I watched them make it; they don't blend it properly, add fake flavoring, then mix it with a spoon. And apparently, you have to “ask” for whipped cream? It’s a shake, and it’s shown on y’all’s picture in the mobile app. I don't think you have to ask, or maybe it’s just laziness and not wanting to add it.

I went late afternoon and I got a drink with light ice which I always do, they didn’t fill my drink up. I asked for it to be filled and she said I have to pay for more, I asked how much is more so I can pay for it and she said “im not sure”. Don’t come here, John’s creek location better for sure, they not stingy and the service is better lol

Ok, I do not drink coffee; however I will visit a coffee shop that has variety. I had know idea they sell Strawberry Lemonade with Boba Bubbles!!! They won me over. So I could not wait until this location opened near me. I downloaded their app. Set up an account. I was rewarded with a free Medium Drink!! Now that's what I'm talking about. I went in the morning around 10:00. It was not too crowded, because since they opened the line has been very long. It is a drive-thru and walk-up store. So no inside sitting. However, the set-up of this place community friendly. I like the walk-up window and the drive-thru is great. Now they need to add some benches and area for sitting, in case you want to chill there. Starbucks, watch out!

I didn’t even know about this Dutch Bros until my sister (visiting from out of town) asked me to stop by for her favorite drink. Turns out this Buford location just opened in early November! The drive-thru line was long, so I went to the walk-up window and was helped right away. The team member who took my order was super friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they offer the option to add protein instead of using milk-based products. My drink was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back. Plus, I downloaded their app and got my first drink FREE…nice bonus!

We really love Dutch Bros and their products — we even go out of our way to stop at your locations when we travel. We completely understand this store is new, but they’re going to have to figure out how to get more efficient and more consistent. The last three times we’ve come since the opening, our drinks have been made incorrectly, and the wait times have been extremely long even after placing our order in line.
Right now it feels like only one car is getting served every five minutes. We want this location to succeed, but the experience definitely needs improvement
Stopped by the new Dutch Bros location and, as expected for a brand new spot, it was pretty busy. Since mobile ordering isn’t available yet, there was a bit of a wait, but honestly, it turned into a highlight of the visit.
Wes took our drink order, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him while we waited. He’s a bright, friendly young man with an awesome attitude and clearly a great future ahead of him. His energy made the wait feel quick and enjoyable.
We ordered the Jingle Chai Nog, and it was a true holiday delight…well-balanced, festive, and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back again soon, and we’ll be sure to tip Wes well!
Highly recommend giving this new location a try!

2 cars cutted in front of me since I was out of the way not cutting traffic as I come here often I am aware of the rules. I informed the gentleman taking my order he informed his supervisor and the supervisor Nick with blonde hair said that was not his problem and was soooo rude. I would highly suggest changing management as Nick was extremely arrogant and disrespectful and does not have a sense of conduct nor has proper customer service.

Stopped by for my app freebie, but I wasn't sure what to get. The two employees at the drive-thru asked a series of questions and were able to help me select a drink. I also found a recipe on reddit that I wanted to try, and I am thankful I did! It's a sparkling water with lime, coconut, and soft top. 10/10!
