I went through the drive-through to order a shake. The shakes are disgusting. They are more slushy consistency. I watched them make it; they don't blend it properly, add fake flavoring, then mix it with a spoon. And apparently, you have to “ask” for whipped cream? It’s a shake, and it’s shown on y’all’s picture in the mobile app. I don't think you have to ask, or maybe it’s just laziness and not wanting to add it.
Ok, I do not drink coffee; however I will visit a coffee shop that has variety. I had know idea they sell Strawberry Lemonade with Boba Bubbles!!! They won me over. I didn’t even know about this Dutch Bros until my sister (visiting from out of town) asked me to stop by for her favorite drink. Turns out this Buford location just opened in early November! The drive-thru line was long, so I went to the walk-up window and was helped right away. The team member who took my order was super friendly and knowledgeable.
