I never do this but today I have make an exception. I wanted to grab a bite with my wife. We love the Nova Lox, so I looked for the nearest Einstein. I approached the register and the associate behind the counter was too busy looking at his phone, He asked “What can I get you?” I asked for 2 Nova Lox. Toasted? I said Yes. Immediately the second young man that was cleaning, shouted “We don’t have any”. It was 1:45 PM. I grabbed an orange juice and was pulling my phone to pay with the App and your associate kept repeating $4.12 every time louder. I left 1:50 and He locked the door as soon as my feet cleared it at 1:52 PM. It was a big mistake choosing Einstein’.
What a joke this place is! Half the workers was standing around talking while the place was crowded, Way too much drama going on with the workers and no one helping customers! Will never come back here again

Friday 01/31: Waited a half hour for my pickup orders. The employees were only attentive to themselves, having personal conversations with colorful language. No hustle or caring nature toward their customers.
Always friendly and nice, great vibes at this place. Shout out to the associate Jestin, you are awesome, keep up the great work, you posses excellent customer service skills, I observed as you made other customers smile and laugh as you took their order, and made sure we didn't forget that survey!! Great Guy!! Overall this place is wonderful!!! I will definitely be back!!
