Dude this sandwich was absolutely awful!! Been to a ton of these throughout the states but man. I get home and they basically sold me the bottle of mayo with my order. Literally drinking this!!

Love coming to this location everytime. The service is super fast and the employees are very sweet and nice. My order is always correct and if they are unsure they will double and triple ask. This is the Jamaican Jerk Turkey btw.

SCAMMER ALERT...THE OWER IS A SCAMMMER.Its been almost 24hr since I ordered food for delivery. I ordered food at 8:25pm yesterday and it was never delivered. I contacted the helpdesk multiple times and still no refund. As it stands right now its still saying its still being delivered.. WHAT A JOKE. I just got off the phone with the owner who say I cant get a refund unless I come in. Im a retired veteran who can barely walk that's why I paid and tiped for my food to be delivered..DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY.... im calling the State, Better Business Bureau, and inspectors in the morning. I had all the calls recorded from the morning and this evening

If I could give negative stars, I truly would. This is the third time my husband has stopped by after work to pick up food, only to be turned away well before the posted closing time. Both your door and your website state that you are open until 9 PM, yet your staff refused service while clearly inside and operating.

If your hours have changed, they need to be updated everywhere customers rely on. If this was an emergency closure, a sign should have been posted. But having employees present and still telling customers “no” is unacceptable.

What made this even worse is that when my husband expressed understandable frustration—after multiple wasted trips—your employee told him to “take his business elsewhere.” That is a shocking level of customer service, and unfortunately, we plan to do exactly that.

It’s 7:30 on a Saturday night and this location is closed. I’ve been at this location several times now where they’ve closed their doors hours before closing time. Very disappointing and inconvenient. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Every single time I come to this location it is under staffed and extreme long waits for subs to be made. The management really need help staffing the store and unfortunately I had a online order submitted and I walked up to the worker and he said we’re working on the order and turned around and didn’t even ask my name or nothing, just flat out rude and dehumanizing. I recommend 3 workers on the line at least. One or two on the line is not enough.
