Rice was extra wet and mushy, the pork chops and chicken had no seasoning , the green beans was the only thing that had some type of flavor . Whoever cooked yesterday did a terrible job and the yams were hard just terrible all the way around

who ever gave this place less than 5 stars is not being truthful, the service is spectacular! The woman who works there is sweet and wonderful! The food has been literally fantastic all 5 times I have went as well as fresh an crispy! I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who wants great service an great food! Forever Family Soul Food is the best Soul Food spot in the area! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with great service. They serve all the classics, from crispy fried chicken and tender collard greens to buttery cornbread and creamy macaroni and cheese. I was greeted by Mr. Sergio, who had excellent customer service and was very attentive, he had some really good menu recommendations as well. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to everyone!

Very dry mac & cheese just buttery pasta overly dark and salty chicken wings and fake catfish. Look like tilapia, dry overly sweet yams mashed up small chicken bones chicken and rice. No gravy I asked for Black Eyed Peas did not receive that. Got more trash mac & cheese no rolls just dry cornbread. Very small portion, collard greens and potato salad. Received no silverware no sauces, no condiments, no napkins.

I tried this place yesterday and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the 2pc. chicken white with rice, green beans and corn. It took a very long time to get our food for some reason. All that needed to be done was place the food in a to go container. The employees were young and seemed to not know what they were doing and others seemed like they didn't want to be there. My food was very salty - especially the chicken breasts and green beans. This was definitely the first and last time for me a this place.

I was one of ur first customers when your store opened the food is amazing I was literally eating here every other day! I moved back to NYC This was 6 yrs ago and to this day I have been craving the taste of Fovever family soul food! Being in town my first stop was here lol but was sad to find out they CLOSED ON MONDAYS no worries I was right back Tuesday n will be there Wednesday Thursday n Friday till I leave back home THAT BEING SAID ITS A MUST HAVE ‼️‼️‼️
